Great staff at the hotel. Every one of them was friendly & accommodating. Special kudos to Cecil who went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He was wonderful. Inez who went out of her way to make sure our omelettes at breakfast were perfect and Emily out at the pool, who took care of anything we asked. They were awesome. The hotel itself is in need of a face lift. Room was always clean but the patio slider did not work well, extremely hard to open, TV didn’t work at all. Closet door did not fit & scraped the floor. Bathroom & floor tiles cracked everywhere. Everything in the hotel is old and needs updating. It’s a tired hotel.

We arrived to hundreds of high school students who were screaming in the hallways all night long. Our room had only one working power outlet with a power strip and a phone that did not work and our air conditioning do always work . The icing on the cake was the enormous cock roach. I alerted the front desk. We were told we needed to evacuate our room immediately. They would need to put us in another room. That room would not be ready for several hours. At that point we were totally uncomfortable and asked for a refund for the remainder of our stay. They said if we left the property they would review it with our credit card company and housekeeping would investigate. I said three of you saw me come down here with a huge bug in a bag so do t now tell me there was no bug I have pictures of it in the room. We left the property went to another resort and learned three days later through our credit card they are refusing to refund. The food was also not great, and they ran out of beer and vodka. Not w

I attended at Breezes Bahamas on a day pass. I am a return guest and my experience yesterday was as good as prior occasions. The resort is very well set out and spotlessly clean. There was a buffet lunch offering a wide assortment of excellent food. I think the best part of the resort is the staff and service. Its excellent in all aspects. Salutations. I will be back for sure.

We have attended this resort three times and have booked again for Dec 2026 - we love the staff, the food, the beach, the pool - EVERYTHING!!!! - Michelle has helped me so many times she is professional, organized and just an amazing person :) can't wait to go back again and again - see you December!!!!!
