I was so impressed with this resort. Easily accessible to all amenities and staff was more than helpful. They were there for anything we needed. Food was exceptionally good. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I will return every 6 months for R & R. Loved it all

Very genuinely friendly nice staff..could not fault. The food was absolutely delicious, all cooked from scratch with flavours I cannot replicate. Room cleaned every day, extremely well. Excellent location on the beach and bus service outside into Nassau 10/15 minutes away. Loved the music or films on the buses.

We just wanted, with friends, a quick getaway with a short as possible flight. This resort was recommended to us in the past. Cable beach is beautiful and nice to walk along. The staff were all great but no daytime entertainment to talk about. Food wise the salad bar at the buffet was great but everything else was very disappointing. Food dried out and very uninviting. A La Carte restaurants, only one open nightly and they were all so so, really not one excellent meal. Of course breakfast was very good and good selection as well. No refrigerators or clock radios in the rooms, they were clean though but needed definite updating. Nearly pulled my shoulder out of the socket trying to open the sliding door. I guess not updated and maintained with the ocean salt etc... Noise level at night once the band started up in the main entrance was extremely loud as it is in a open air area. If you read they are a pickle ball resort, forget that. The courts were disgusting! We had to get someone to clean off the sand etc...very run down. Resort definitely needs major TLC. Overall I would say you get what you pay for and we would definitely pay more to get more next time. Very disappointing trip overall.

The staff were all very nice and professional. A few names I remember Manny with our luggage and greeting us, Cecil in the dining area and Dezerene a breakfast cook. I came in October for family visit and sadly returned in November for funeral. I will definitely return and hope to see the same staff. Thanks!

If you have met anyone from Buffalo, NY, you know we are crazy and like to have a good time! There were 17 of us that stayed and did it up in true Bills Mafia style! The bartenders serves it up and really all the staff was amazing and accommodating to a large group. The entertainment was great and my favorite part was that crew. They made us feel like we had new friends. It was my birthday and I couldn’t have felt anymore celebrated by strangers who became friends…the other guests too! This has been my most memorable and fun trip ever! ??
