Atlantis is beautiful . Everything is almost perfect. Food is a little expensive. Pack a lot of snacks if you go there especially if you have kids. Taxi to hotel is very expensive.
Look for another island or hotel at least

Beach is beautiful. Pools are great. However, this place is Overpriced with bad customer service, It felt like no one wanted to be there. We are on vacation and don’t feel like we should deal with attitudes from employees.

Service was good. Needs a little upgrading to compete with competitors. The massage was great despite the spa being relocated.

Good property, a bit understaffed but is in the slow season. The cove pool was under the renovation, which was somewhat disappointing

Our 4th visit to Atlantis & stayed at the Cove this time. We have thoroughly enjoyed all of our stays at Coral & Royal also. The adult only pool was excellent & love the cove areas for the beach. Enjoyed all of our dining options on the property & Claudio’s was a great new experience. We also took advantage of the Atlantis Shuttle for the 1st time & never waited more than 5mins. We’ll be back soon!
