Katsuya Restaurant was excellent, the service and the food were amazing but the Best was Raisa, she was amazing with my kids and we will always remember Katsuya because of her. if you want to have an unforgetable experience def come and look for her :))
Unacceptable Customer Service at SLS Baha Mar: A Disappointing Anniversary Experience

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service at SLS Baha Mar, especially considering this trip was meant to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. Due to circumstances beyond our control, our flight was delayed by a day. While United Airlines promptly adjusted our return flight, SLS Baha Mar showed absolutely no flexibility or compassion. After booking through Expedia, we were informed that changing our dates would cost an additional $420, and they recommended we contact SLS directly. When we escalated the issue to management, we expected some level of understanding. Instead, we were met with rudeness, dismissiveness, and a complete lack of assistance. Even though rooms were available for the additional night at a lower rate than what we had originally booked, they still refused to modify our reservation. We were charged for the night we missed and forced to pay for an extra night to extend our stay. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The lack of empathy and basic decency from a so-called luxury establishment is astonishing. I would advise future guests to think twice before booking here, as SLS Baha Mar has set a shockingly low standard for hospitality.
