Currently here, at our home away from home The place where my husband and I get to reconnect, after a year of doing, we get to just be. This year I took a different approach, knowing I need time to relax, but also knowing I needed to take care of Me again. I signed up for a personal training session, which is included in our visit. For the past five days I’ve trained with Trevaun. I also attended his aqua fitness class at 3 o’clock yesterday, his great energy, fueled an amazing class for all, his largest class ever. Not only has his instruction reminded me how strong I am, it lifted my spirit to reach for more. Last year while here at the same time, we were awoken at 5:30 AM with the cheers from the yearly reggae marathon that’s run in front of the hotel. Because of Trevaun this year, I will be running in it . Couple swept away should be proud to employ such a mature and charismatic young man. Thank you, Trevaun for making me believe in myself again.
Incompetent Concierge Service

The concierge desk staff demonstrated significant incompetence. When calling to book activities, they often provide incorrect information or alter reservations without any prior notification. This is extremely frustrating, especially when you’ve planned your week in advance, only to find out your plans have been disrupted. If you need to book something, I highly recommend visiting the desk in person to avoid these issues. Overall, a truly disappointing experience.
