Absolutely loved it here. Spacious rooms. Luxurious surroundings There’s a bus stop right outside the front door, which after long days of exploring, was so welcome. We never waited more than a couple of minutes for a bus and we could track them online. Attentive staff. Will stay here agin. Loved it.

Lovely staff and hotel, went for 4 nights for daughters 18th. Will never forget the quality time we had together ??

Just got back from 5 nights at the Westgate, what a fantastic hotel this is. Just a 5 minute walk from Grand Central and an Iconic view of the Chrysler Building from the front door. Situated within walking distance from all the must see sights, but far enough away from the mayhem of Times Square. From check in to check out, the helpful friendly team were on hand to assist. A well laid out lobby and bar area with plenty of comfy seating for a rest after your day of adventure is most welcoming. We had a family room which was more than enough, with comfortable beds, coffee machine, Good sized fridge, loads of storage space so you don’t have to Ninja warrior over your cases. TV, iron, Free safe, hairdryer and daily maid service. There are plenty of places to eat within a five minute walk,( The Sandwicherie, is a must for breakfast). All the staff are amazing but a special mention goes to Matthew the doorman. Matthew kept me company whenever I stepped out, funny, knowledgeable and friendly, a credit to the hotel. All in all a great stay and we will definitely be back, thanks guys.

Just I come back from our holiday in New York and I can say this hotel is the best ever place to stay and having a nice and relax time. It was the second time accommodate and I don’t regret one seconds …..Everything is clean daily very good location so close to most of the attraction in Manhattan. I will recommend to everyone. Ps. this was the second time visiting this hotel. I was so impressed last time.

My husband and I stay here when we come to New York City. My daughter travels with us and receives different hotels paid for by her company- 5 star. I will always choose Westgate Resorts Grand over any other hotel. I've experienced the other 5 stars and The Westgate is hands down the best in every way. That's if you like concierge treatment, personal attention, a valet/door man that greets you and brings your things in as you are entering, smiles from all the staff, a seamless check in, a boutique atmosphere, a top notch bar, extremely clean lobby with a lounge. The style is upscale with art and designer feel. The room was exquisitely designed, again very boutique. Very clean. The bathroom was well stocked with high end toiletries and towels. Extremely clean. My daughter said our hotel ( The Westgate Grand New York City) was better all around than a couple of 5 stars very well known in the city ( that I won't name.) I experienced those hotels and was very disappointed. Stay at The Westgate Grand New York. You WILL NOT regret it. That's the only place we'll go when we return to New York.
