Amazing week in Paradise

From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt like part of the family. Every staff member we encountered was attentive and eager to assist in any way they could. There are so many stellar staff members I’m sure I’ll miss someone. Danielle and Celene at the front desk checked us in quickly and were able to get us in our room early and patiently answered any questions we had. We were given our requested room (building 6, 3rd floor) which was clean and fresh thanks to Gracelyn. Gracelyn kept our room fresh and clean all week. The fridge was fully stocked with wata, juice, pop and beer thanks to TJ. A note in the fridge kept us stocked with extra wata all week long! The restaurants and buffet were all very good, we always found something to eat that we enjoyed. LOVED the omelettes from Merric in the morning and the jerk chicken on the beach. Terry Ann would appear out of nowhere to see if we needed “bar from the drink” (iykyk). Tamale at the smoothie station remembered our order by the 2nd day and we are really missing her flavourful Reggae Medley. Samantha who often greeted us at the buffet was always so welcoming and kind, beautifully genuine woman! We spent most of our time at the little beach. It was an absolutely amazing week, we felt pampered and cherished. Everyone was so warm and friendly! So much of your vacation is what you make of it- you receive the same energy you give. We can’t wait to go back. ????????

I spent my birthday here solo and had a wonderful time. Everything from check in and check out, entertainment, food and staff was an excellent experience. Shout out to the bar crew, for having them drinking flowing and checking to make sure I was good
