It was a good stay. The food from the buffet was the best.The jade restaurant was the biggest disappointment of the trip and lack of engaging activities… but if you are looking to relax and destress this is the hotel for you. It is very peaceful and beautiful

5 out 5 Amazing staff make feel welcome and always go the extra mile to help. Leroy the chef cooking class very tasty. You've done a great job. Thanks very much, you cooked that meal to perfection. Your cooking has really brought out all the many flavours. Deron great waiter always smiling and knows how to have great bantter. Sheffan bar staff making lovely cocktails with and without alcohol nothing too small or big was a challenge. Terry-ann and dorran waiters very helpful, funny always smiling and welcoming. Kaylan and March great sunset cruise on the boat drinking partying with excellent music. Rochelle and Ariel from watersports always say hello very morning with a smiling and always ask how your day is going throughout the day when you bump into them.

September 26 was my birthday and from I check in I got nth but good vibes and good energy... every one was happy and happy to make my day special .... my birthday was a great one wish I was staying longer but very soon again

Overall this was a great experience! Staff was friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and nice. The suggestions I have is to expand the food menu with more Jamaican food options and the room advertised a balcony but I could not access it. But overall great!

GREAT service I must say but the downfall was the lack of variety of food. The food resembled that of a 3-star hotel at best. LOVED the hammocks. The room was not bad. Facilities were dated but it'd have been ok for me if the food was better. Enjoyed the complimentary tennis lesson and glass bottom boat tour.
