Family friendly hotel near front gate

David W (California) on Feb 23, 2024

Stayed one night with the family to visit Disney. Super-easy walk to the park. Very friendly front desk. Efficient check in and out. Clean, well-stocked rooms. Parking allows only one car, so we used Garden Walk parking garage as well. That’s the only wrinkle. Would definitely stay here again. Good value as well.

Extended Parking Charge plus Tax

Toni S on Feb 22, 2024

We have been staying at the Anaheim Fairfield for years, it is the perfect location for Disneyland. Our last visit was no different until I checked my credit charge and noticed that I was charged $104.13 for three days of parking. Daily parking is $27 dollars which it states when you check in. However, what they now charge for is an extended stay of $35 dollars plus tax if you check out of your room and leave your car there while at the park. This is the first time we have ever been charged with this in over 15 years. We were just here last February 2023 and were not charged the extended stay. On top of that they tax you. I uploaded a picture from their website that states Daily parking prices, no word of extended prices or that tax will also be charged. We will be looking for a new hotel for our next visit.

Robert and Michelle at the Front Desk went above and beyond to make our trip memorable

igotmyxomatosis (Los Angeles, California) on Jan 17, 2024

Like the title says, Robert and Michelle at the Front Desk went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. We came for our daughters birthday and they helped us get a room facing the park to see the fireworks the night before our visit. They also gave my daughter a birthday present. They truly made the stay amazing.

Wow the wi-fi sucks here

Fanfoot (Petaluma) on Jan 09, 2024

Very close to Disneyland, probably as close as the Grand Californian. Generic hotel with little to no services, but works for what we want mostly which is just a place to rest our aching feet. I have to comment on the Wi-Fi this time though, it was just complete garbage. We even clicked through the upsell to the enhanced level and I couldn't stream anything for more than a few minutes without buffering. That on top of being kicked off frequently. Just garbage. But hey, the mini fridge worked, there was hot water, black out curtains and the beds were okay.

Stay somewhere else!

jyotisahu (Oakland, California) on Jan 06, 2024

Checked in yesterday, sink was clogged. We spent an hour this morning in switching the rooms, instead of enjoying the Disneyland ( purpose of our visit). Sitting at 12:30 am waiting for plumber to fix the flush in new room, no one can use the only toilet in the room. As a result, we are expecting to reach park late tomorrow too! We booked here only due to proximity to Disney parks, however I will definitely avoid this property next time as you waste precious time and energy getting basics fixed in your rooms instead of enjoying your vacation!
