Do not get fooled by the exterior photos you see online because I did.

KwangS_12 (Lake Stevens, Washington) on Sep 04, 2023

Bonvoy member is nothing to hotel; staff service poor; room 115 has huge security issue; door won’t shut all the way; latch don’t work because is misaligned; AC water leaks through floors you will see water puddles every floor especially on ground floor; 3rd floor microwaves is an idea but would be better if microwave is included in all rooms. Fairfield is a mid-scale chain but this was the one-star motel experience. Do not get fooled by the exterior photos you see online because I did. Not a good experience.

Disneyland’s quiet neighbour!

JudgeJoey (Guildford, United Kingdom) on Aug 31, 2023

This is a great venue. Approx 5 mins walk from Disneyland and great views of the fireworks from part of the building (you should request this side upon arrival). The pool is perfectly fine as are the rest of the facilities. If I had one gripe, it would be some of the minibar and market prices. But honestly, it’s no big deal. It was clean, it was quiet and we all enjoyed 3 good nights of sleep before heading to the main event at Disneyland. Oh and the price was great too!! Nice one guys!!

Location is key for Disneyland, but comes with strange service quirks.

bennotbenjamin on Aug 31, 2023

I stayed here with my family while visiting Disneyland Resort, the Fairfield in quality is like a hybrid of a hotel & motel. Location her is key and it is a short walk I would say around simple straight 8-10 mins to Disneyland entrance and a number of places of eat are on route. The hotel room itself is a little on the small side, though this does not matter as you are really using it as a place to sleep in close proximity to Disneyland Resort. The room was clean and most importantly for myself had a very good shower! I only have three minor issues with the Fairfield 1. Cleaning is on the third day of your stay, which is fine but if you are a family of four (with kids) it would be better to supply three days of towels, rather than having to ask front desk for fresh towels everyday. There is no way one set of towels will last three days with kids! 2. In all my time staying at hotels I have never been to one where the bell hop service really can’t be bothered to make tips. When we arrived the bell service where pleasant enough but did not offer to help unload our cases from the taxi. They just pointed to the trolley and we loaded them ourselves. Bell service also did not offer to help us take the trolley with our bags to the room and also did not offer help when we left. If the bell service would rather chat among themselves than make tips that is a bit inconvenient for us, but essentially their loss. It was just a first and very odd that nobody on the bell service had any interest in earning tips. 3. We found that the clothing draws if you placed too much clothing the weight would cause them to slide open on their own. I suspect this is due to wear and tear or the quantity of the furniture. Despite these issues we found it a convenient close to Disneyland Resort and a good place to stay.

Rooms that accommodate 5! Across the street from Disneyland, Panera & McD in parking lot

Marbles20 (Calgary, Canada) on Aug 25, 2023

Second time (third?) we have stayed at this location - let's face it...nothing beats the price and location. Literally across the street from Disneyland and one of the best mid-price hotels in the vicinity. Pool is just a basic square pool on the side of the parking lot but good for mid-day breaks and a quick dip. The hotel next door does have a waterpark so a warning with those who overlook it - your kids will drool with envy. For an extra few $ /night you can have ground floor (some in our large group utilized this feature, others wanted to be higher so just preference). Ground floor can park right by the room making loading/unloading easy. Service is good - absolutely no complaints. The staff was excellent when we rolled in mid-Hilary and were drenched...they brought extra towels to help us dry off and provided extra bedding. The rooms are dated but clean - they contain a mini fridge (no microwave) and coffee station. Added bonus for families of 5 - some rooms have 2 queen and a pull out chair. Works well and fits everyone easily. (also connecting rooms available for large families....we were part of a large group).

Stay was ok, until check out..

rlynm49172 on Jul 17, 2023

I recently stayed at a location that was great for accessibility to the Disneyland parks. The staff was pretty friendly and even gave us an upgrade upon check-in, which we really appreciated. They also gave my daughter a gift, which was a nice touch. However, while putting my daughter to bed, we noticed that the sheets were dirty and stained. I called and requested new sheets, but unfortunately, no one came to replace them. The next day, we still did not receive a replacement. Luckily, the gift they gave my daughter included a blanket, so she was able to sleep on top of the sheets instead. When I brought this up during check-out, I was accused of only complaining because I wasn't granted a late check-out. I want to make it clear that I was not upset about not receiving a late check-out, but that is not an excuse for the staff to accuse their guest of having an ulterior motive for a valid complaint. I'm sure any other guest would not be happy about dirty sheets either.
