Walking distance to Disneyland but a little dated

travelosivi (Panama City, Panama) on Jul 02, 2024

Great location to the Disneyland entrance which helps with saving time and money on shuttle/parking at dland. The rooms have exterior corridors which made me feel a bit unsafe at times as you can hear a lot of the noise as you walk at night. I did laundry one night and didn’t like walking back and forth by myself. However, it seemed like my room door wouldn’t shut by itself unless I pulled it strongly and we arrived to an open door one time and nothing happened. Our room had 2 full beds, a couch and a desk. We didn’t have enough table and seating space for breakfast. There is also a place to hang clothes but not really a closet. The room needs some updating for sure. There is free water in the lobby but it tasted salty lol The beverages they sell in the lobby and the little store were very pricey. Overall, it’s fine if you want to walk to Disney but don’t expect luxury

Disneyland has lost it's luster.

Showing it's age. Very disappointed with this property. The air conditioning never really worked well. Rooms are pretty beat up. There are no services like free breakfasts . We will not return . I don't know how families can afford vacations to Disneyland.

Terrible Experience from Start to Finish

Justin P on Jun 22, 2024

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. As a someone who stays at Marriott exclusively 15-20 nights a year this was the absolute worst one I’ve stayed at. First, we were told we would have conjoining rooms at checkin which was requested but when we arrived at the room we found out that wasn’t the case. Upon entering our room, we were disgusted to find it filthy. There were crumbs in the bed, dirty floors, and hair all over the bathroom. Clearly, cleanliness is not a priority here. The air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a lawnmower, making it impossible to sleep. To top it off, the toilet didn’t flush properly, causing everything to float back up—a truly revolting experience. As if all this wasn’t bad enough, they wouldn’t allow us to park on the property for a mere three hours after check-out. Overall, this hotel stay was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. With multiple other options I would avoid this place at all costs!

Avoid this place if you have a car and want to park for your Disneyland trip

Trav124fun on Jun 13, 2024

This hotel is a disaster if you want to attend Disneyland. At first the location seems amazing (across the street from the main entrance). However, once you check in, you will be told that you can’t leave your car past 12 pm the day you check out. The only reason to stay at this hotel is so that you can walk to the entrance of the park. Nobody is gong to leave the theme park, walk back to the hotel, and then drive 10 minutes to park your car and then wait for a tram ride. When we asked if we could pay for an additional day of parking (at $27/day) they said that is not an option either. Steer clear of this place if you have a car with you. There are so many better places to stay in the Disneyland area that will treat you better with parking. The rooms are just average and very small.

Devastating stay !

Housekeeping changed linens (we did not ask them to). My daughter’s doll she has loved since birth that is irreplaceable was Scooped up in the linens. And sadly, we still haven’t had it returned or found. I hope housekeeping is more careful in the future with other peoples belongings.
