It was fine for our needs, which was having a place near Disney. The carpet and decor need serious updates, and the sofa was the worst I’ve ever experienced. It was like we didn’t have a living room at all since the seating was quite limited outside of the sofa. I can’t even imagine what sleeping on that “sofa bed” would feel like; I wouldn’t recommend trying it. The beds were comfy in contrast. The hotel restaurant is actually good and I’d recommend it, if you’re trying to avoid one of the packed Disney offerings. The hotel pool is very small and crowded in the later afternoons. No lifeguard so lots of unattended kids doing ill-advised cannonballs. For us, this hotel worked out because we used points. Had we paid for it, I would have been unhappy with the experience.
