Disability discrimination and harrassment happens at this hotel!

Travelers beware - disability harassment and made-up charges after check - out with refusal to correct the situation. Horrible unprofessional staff. First night we were put in an unclean room, there was urine all over the bathroom wall, broken futon, i was in complete shock to be assigned a room that was in such disarray. I called the front desk and was told by the front desk attendant that the hotel was sold out i can stay 1 night or check out. No apology, her tone made it clear how much this call was inconveniencing her. They moved me the next day and charged me without any communication $250. I called to see what the discrepancy was about and was told it was for a deep clean on the filthy room we were assigned on night one and they were accusing my service animal of pooping in the room and charged me $150 for a pet fee as well. They argued with me and hung up the phone on me. Left multiple messages for the general manager to return my call to sort out this issue - never got a call back. Upon checking out, they charged me an additional $650 for ANOTHER pet deep clean fee stating my service animal had pooped AGAIN in the second room. A TRAINED SERVICE ANIMAL!!!! Complete lies, unprofessionalism, harrassment, no one handled this situation. When someone is calling the front desk, its not to just complain for no reason. The person is explaining a situation and trying to find a solution. The staff at this hotel has a very negative attitude and reading through the other reviews this has been brought to the hotels attention time and time again. Sad to see how people treat veterans. I have had a service animal for the past 7 years and travel frequently, never have i ever had a situation like this at any property, airline, or any countries we have visited.

No good, dirty hotel and staff

Have you ever been to a hotel that feels clean? This is not that hotel. This one you get the feeling of eww. It is filty. The general manager Mike and his team need hospitality training. I will never return to this location even if they give me a free stay.
