Great location with family suites

The location is great and the family suites are perfect. We found the staff warm and welcoming! We enjoyed the pool during afternoon breaks from Disneyland. Would be nice if the rooms slowly got renovated with fresh paint and curtains. I would recommend this hotel for budget friendly families visiting Disneyland.

Cons: - First room was dirty (Cheetos on the pull out sofa bed, what looked like a pee stain on the comforter of the queen bed, hair on pillow cases that wasn't ours, white stains on the couch and bedskirt) -Pull out sofa was not made (I had to locate the sheets and make the bed.) -AC not working properly -Phone had no dial tone (had to use cell phones to call the front desk; maintenance came and "fixed" the phone but still crackling and unusable) -Hair dryer not working in second room -Missing sheer curtain in second room Pros: -Allowed to checkout at 1p instead of 11a -Moved rooms which was a pain after unpacking for our stay but the first room was not going to cut it. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.
