First time staying at this hotel and was not disappointed! It was clean. It was quiet. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Park your car for free. Convenient location to food, stores, Disney. Only downside was, maid service is every third day, who I wasn’t aware of. We ran out of soap but was able to get it from the front desk. I would stay here again!
Probably won’t come back.

I had stayed here before and had no issues so I decided to rebook for our big family trip to Disneyland. I booked way in advance (11 months early) paid in full. Price was decent for a two bedroom suite that could accommodate my family and my sisters. Check in went smoothly. The front desk gentleman was very pleasant. While our room wasn’t ready since we arrived early we decided to grab some lunch and come back in a few hours. Our room was ready exactly at 4. Our room was on the second floor in the building across from the lobby. 1st, one of the elevators was down so we had to walk to the other side to use the elevator. Not a big deal since we only needed the elevator for luggage drop off. 2) the room was dirty. Given that it wasn’t ready when I arrived I expected it to be clean and wiped down. The tables and counters were dirty, stains on the bed sheets (all 3 beds), body hair in the shower and the mirror was full of prints. Thankfully I brought disposable bed sheets to put over. 3) You can hear EVERYTHING! From the cars beeping, people yelling for fun to the delivery trucks at CVS Nextdoor. The walls/floors are so thin it is impossible to sleep. The amount of noise is insane. I did t experience this on my last stay so it was definitely surprising. Lastly the check out lady (Alexa) was rude. Funny how her tone changed when I was the next customer. She was being so pleasant with the gentleman before me checking in. Pillows are awful, very flat and small. Good shower pressure. Suite had a microwave. Would I stay here again, probably not.
