Beautiful Lobby, Dreadful Room!

When I walked inside this hotel I was greeted by a wonderful smell and beautiful ambiance. However, when I was given my room key and informed of the location of my room this is where everything went downhill! We were sent to the back of the hotel which I described as neverland! The grass was not cut, the building needed a good pressure wash! The pond was nearly dried out! I could not even begin to fathom in my mind that things could get any worse! Upon entering the room, the door was stuck which is indicative of too much moisture. The room was musty. The refrigerator was covered with a white wooden door that did not match any of the decor. The carpet was incredibly dirty. My husband ended up with the worst allergy attack of his life! There was no microwave in the room. We had to walk a mile just to warm up our food! The best part is the pool area! It was amazing. So thankful I was able to enjoy that! My suggestion is for someone to purchase a carpet cleaner and some new furniture and clean the bedding often that was pretty itchy as well!

An up and coming hotel. Enjoyed my time there and i travel a great deal as a lifetime platinum with Marriott. Had pleasure of meeting Jatniel at front desk and if everyone is like him focusing on customer service, this hotel destined for greatness.
