We stayed here for a few days celebrating my birthday and we loved it! There was so much to do and there are 2 pools - one has a water slide which my son loved. There’s a poolside bar which served delicious drinks. There’s also a Starbucks inside which is super convenient! The entire place was well kept, everything was very clean. Pets are allowed, so of course my yorkie was enjoying it too. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Kissimmee!

When I walked inside this hotel I was greeted by a wonderful smell and beautiful ambiance. However, when I was given my room key and informed of the location of my room this is where everything went downhill! We were sent to the back of the hotel which I described as neverland! The grass was not cut, the building needed a good pressure wash! The pond was nearly dried out! I could not even begin to fathom in my mind that things could get any worse! Upon entering the room, the door was stuck which is indicative of too much moisture. The room was musty. The refrigerator was covered with a white wooden door that did not match any of the decor. The carpet was incredibly dirty. My husband ended up with the worst allergy attack of his life! There was no microwave in the room. We had to walk a mile just to warm up our food! The best part is the pool area! It was amazing. So thankful I was able to enjoy that! My suggestion is for someone to purchase a carpet cleaner and some new furniture and clean the bedding often that was pretty itchy as well!

An up and coming hotel. Enjoyed my time there and i travel a great deal as a lifetime platinum with Marriott. Had pleasure of meeting Jatniel at front desk and if everyone is like him focusing on customer service, this hotel destined for greatness.

The property exceeded my expectations. My room (Tower with pool view) was newly refurbished and well designed. I appreciated the large refrigerator, power outlets, and comfortable furnishings. The hotel was an ideal size for me: large enough for a few good restaurants/bars, but not overwhelmed with hundreds of guests. The pool areas were relaxing, inviting and overall a pleasant way to spend time. Finally, the employees were super nice! The management seems to be doing a quality job running the hotel.

What a great experience, my 3 year old daughter needed fruit loops which she developed the fondness for as we came to US and the staff did everything possible to arrange that for her at 8 PM in night Thanks to Laura Benedetti and Kaira Taylor for helping us
