I gave a 5 cause technically we didn't stay. We go to Disney all the time and we drive by this area when going to Disney. Today when driving by we decided to stop in and walk around to see if we would like the place for our next visit and maybe we will book here. Well some associate stopped us and asked what we were looking for and we said we are thinking of staying here next time we are in the area and then asked for the bathroom. And being pregnant I have to go to the bathroom all the time. We were turned away cause we were not guests. So now we know our decision and we will not be booking here. We felt degraded like we were scum coming off the street panhandling. So instead we went to a Disney resort and used their bathroom and they are always welcoming. Shame on you and your staff for being rude.

people working here are nice, very helpful. Room are nice, hotel clean, simple but modern. Partner with le laobo, so the whole hotel smell like le labo, all the shampoo, shower gel is from le labo too, and you can also purchased their product in the hotel. Recommend to everyone.
