Beautiful boutique hotel. Very peaceful & calm after the hustle & bustle of the parks. Perfect for couples. Amazing restaurant (for special occasion) - there are other alternatives within walking distance. Beautiful pool area & very attentive staff. Thoroughly recommend.

We stay here for four nights and we will service at Disneyland in the morning but we return to hotel usually nice choir hideout for all the hectic in the resort on the last day before our flight we took a Spa and Service Amazing, special shout out to our therapist rose and Martinez. Do you relaxation room spots was absolutely something too. Overall, the employees are extremely professional efficient and friendly is definitely worth a stay if you’re in Orlando

We enjoyed our stay here more than you can imagine. Coming here for 1 night was meant to simply be a treat during our trip to Orlando, to stay somewhere luxurious - and we got way more than we expected! The hotel in general is just stunning, with the entire reception area so beautiful that you'd be happy to stay the night there! We stayed in a suite which we lovely and spacious, and so nice and cosy to relax in, and it came with bath robes that we could use for the pool - and speaking of the pool, it was probably the best we've ever been in! We later found that it was salt water and very low in chlorine, and as a result we had a lovely swim and came out with very soft skin, and no dryness that you normally get from a pool. We used the fitness centre too which was excellent, and decided to have dinner in their restaurant - Salt and Cellar, which was absolutely amazing. They had a specific vegan menu for us which made things all the more perfect, and the food quality was outstanding and worth every cent. For the buffet breakfast, there weren't any cooked vegan options but they were kind enough to allow us to order cooked vegan items from the paid menu but for free as a direct replacement for the non-vegan cooked buffet food, so if coming let them know of any dietary requirements at check in as this is what we did. During our time we were lucky enough to speak to the lovely owner and various members of staff, and find out that the general ethos of the hotel was wellness, which is 1 reason that they don't provide alcohol and so it was lovely to learn that this is the intention behind the hotel, and made being there even more special. Overall this was such a special, revitalising stay and we'd happily go back to treat ourselves again, and thoroughly recommend that others do the same, as it is well worth it.

I gave a 5 cause technically we didn't stay. We go to Disney all the time and we drive by this area when going to Disney. Today when driving by we decided to stop in and walk around to see if we would like the place for our next visit and maybe we will book here. Well some associate stopped us and asked what we were looking for and we said we are thinking of staying here next time we are in the area and then asked for the bathroom. And being pregnant I have to go to the bathroom all the time. We were turned away cause we were not guests. So now we know our decision and we will not be booking here. We felt degraded like we were scum coming off the street panhandling. So instead we went to a Disney resort and used their bathroom and they are always welcoming. Shame on you and your staff for being rude.

people working here are nice, very helpful. Room are nice, hotel clean, simple but modern. Partner with le laobo, so the whole hotel smell like le labo, all the shampoo, shower gel is from le labo too, and you can also purchased their product in the hotel. Recommend to everyone.
