We stayed in July 2024 while visiting disney and universal. The hotel is strategically located with easy access to Disney parks. It is also adjacent to a main street with a pharmacy/convenience store within walking distance in addition to a number of fast food restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel is a must try as the food and the service was outstanding. One other point to note is I have not had this quality of sleep in a hotel in a while, as both my self and family of 3 found the mattresses to be outstanding. A special thanks to the whole team at the hotel for giving us a wonderful stay.

The best hotel design in Orlando. The staff is very friendly and useful. Very comfortable beds. The Michelin restaurant in lobby is fantastic. Hotel has a pool with salt water. Highly recommended for every Orlando visitor. My great compliments to staff and chief

We loved the hotel boutique concept. From the check in to check out, the assistance, vibe, care, service, quality and amenities were according our expectation and beyond. We travel with frequency to Orlando for leisure and business and we will definitely come back, instead of going to the big hotels that are known and very crowded. We had an overnight stay last week and it was fantastic! What a treasure to find this Boutique hotel near Orlando! The hotel appeared unassuming from the outside, and was delightfully luxurious upon entering. The vibe is modern, artistic, luxury, chill with background house music playing and a signature scent throughout! (except the serenity cove, it's quiet). There's a rooftop patio and you can even enjoy the Disney fireworks at night. The rooms were quite spacious and incredibly well appointed. The king size bed and linens were very comfortable. The toiletries, coffee (Nespresso) and teas were well stocked and even a mini bar and some snacks for purchase in the room. They thought of everything! The staff greet you and take care of you every step of the way! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the service was phenomenal! I was even delivered frozen grapes poolside in the heat of the morning. First class. Truly. We had dinner at the restaurant as well. The food was delicious! It was pricey, and to be expected here. The dishes and drinks were incredibly unique. From dry ice cocktails, to seafood towers and flaming entrees tableside, they were an experience in and of themselves! I spent the morning lounging by the pool and relaxing in the serenity cove in the zero gravity seats with a blanket and heated cushion. Hot teas, and citrus flavored water were available as well. They have spa services and even coaching and wellness packages and many other complimentary offerings I haven't even mentioned here. I highly recommend ette if you are looking for a luxury hotel stay near the parks and Orlando! There is something to delight the senses around every turn, and you are treated like royalty. Thank you for the incredible stay - one I will always remember.

Amazing and super elegant hotel with some of the best gourmet food (with wide variety from Breakfast till dinner), incredibly friendly/helpful staff, quick and easy service, and fast steady wifi (was able to do my work from my room and in the lobby). Very calm vibe and never too loud or busy. Its also located in a super convenient location with most of Orlando's hot spots being a driveable distance, such as Disney, Universal, or the premium outlet mall. There's also food and gift shops right next to the hotel if you're in need of last minute gifts or any midnight snacks! One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and definitely want to come back soon!
