Avoid

Avoid By far the worst hotel we’ve stayed , thankfully only a couple of nights. Very outdated and in urgent need of refurbishments. The smell in the room was unbearable , a mixture of bleach and damp/mould After a 6 hours journey all we wanted was to take a shower, no towel in the room !! We rang, waited and waited …. In the end we had to fetch some ourselves No apologies whatsoever from unhelpful stall No facilities on site, breakfast is next door, grotty and sticky TGF Avoid !! isabelle, 2-night family trip

Great location, friendly staff that were available to help any time, nice breakfast options, comfy beds and spacious room, bathroom small to be honest no bathtub on ours but anyway you only spend little time there, will definitely go back next time.
Not a good experience.

The hotel needs renovations so bad and smells bad. It wasn’t a good idea to be in pets friendly hotel specially with the lack of cleaning after dogs pops. Dog’s pops notices in the carpet at lobby and was left there for quite long time. Singh from cleaning services was doing her best service, thank you.
Just not worth it…

Great location if going to Universal. Comfortable beds and clean room. That’s it… Parking is $25/day!! Not worth it at all!! There are so many hotels in this area that do not charge to park. So many. NO MICROWAVES! Small fridge. NO FREE BREAKFAST! ‘Destination fee’ (resort fee) of $18/day. Because there’s a pool, like most hotels. They also say because of the Fridays restaurant on site, yet you get no discount, but it’s an amenity?! And the food is horrible. There are numerous other restaurants in area though. The corridors are disgusting. Look like they haven’t been vacuumed since the 80s. They do allow pets so it can occasionally sound like a kennel, as irresponsible pet owners go out for the day leaving dogs in room to bark, for hours… Rooms dark, outdated and old, but clean. This hotel does not have smart tvs, so you cannot sign in to your subscription svcs. And there’s not many channels at all. Tiny desk with coffee maker and lamp on it…no workspace. Beds, again, are extremely comfortable, and if no dogs are barking, the room is quiet from outside noise. Except for the one that always seems to slam their door, numerous times. But that’s every hotel. Why I would never stay here again is from 1st impression dealing with girl at front desk. She was just rude, short in her answers, like she doesn’t want to be there, at all. Also, the parking fee is ridiculous. It’s not necessary to rip people off to park a car, and as I stated, numerous hotels in area do not charge to park. This hotel has nothing to offer and is outdated.
Bad idea

This hotel is the worst, the room they gave me smelled too bad, like mold, humidity and dust, bed linen old and Yellow towels, I couldn't sleep because of the strong smell on the sheets of mold! Totally unacceptable. there is no good lighting in the room so it's a little dark and the corridors are dirty and old, it doesn't have a mini market either, it has nothing!! The oldest and unhygienic.
