The refrigerator didn’t work at all. The dining at TGI Friday’s is bogus, the hotel says they are partners with the restaurant and the restaurant says otherwise. We were denied kid meal vouchers. Rooms do not have a microwave! The pool is under construction, website does not state anything about the pool, there is only a sign once you get to the pool. There also isn’t any shampoo in the bottles mounted on the shower wall. By far the worst holiday inn experience ever!

This hotel is really showing its age. A low-cost mill for universal. Water pressure was horrible. I will say most of the staff was nice and they cleaned our room every day. Breakfast fair and crowded. The pictures on their site are likely when they opened over 10 years ago.

Every body was amazing the staff was incredible and very very friendly but Daniel at the front desk was an angel fallen from heaven for our family! Thank you Daniel we will always be grateful to you! You know what you did for us! My family and I really appreciate you going above and beyond for us! ????

As a IHG Club Member, my family and I always stay at this hotel when we come to Orlando every spring break, every other spring break, and every other Christmas. We can take a nice walk across the street to Universal Studios, the movie theater, souvenir shops, gas stations, restaurants, and are a short drive from Disney and several other area attractions. Kids under 11 eat free at TGIFridays and their happy hour specials, twice a day, keep you coming back to the hotel.The staff including Dan, Linsel, Princess, and Erin were super helpful. Until December 2024…The Thornton Family
