This hotel smells like old mold, the rooms do too. Our room was dirty, the bathroom had hair in the tub and sink, and poop on the toilet. The poor condition of this hotel is hazardous to health. It should be condemned.

Labor weekend

Came tor the weekend to universal and we has so much fun ; found this cool hotel and didn't even look like a holiday inn, Such a cool ; clean hotel: The employees at the reception was wonderful: parking is $20 and elevators we're a little slow : But it's all worth it : We plan to come back ; we're annual pass holder and it's so close universal

Amazing Job Holiday inn staff!

Wow! Completely blown away at the new renovations at this holiday inn location. The suites here are way larger than I anticipated! The whole check in process was seamless and the staff here was nothing short of amazing. The rooms were super clean, and the management team was able to accommodate my every need. Job well done Holiday inn! I will be back really soon.

Hotel near universal

Hotel is very nice and modern . Checked in late and the desk person was so nice . Rooms are very large . We had 2 beds and still plenty of room. The hotel is very clean and seems new . There is a parking fee and we were not aware of that. The outlet is right behind the hotel so close . Location is perfect . We will be back for horror nights .

Terrible Hotel, never stay here !!!!

Do not stay at this hotel, me and my family stayed 08/6-8/9 2021 , worst experience ever at a hotel. Lobby is nice but the rest of hotel is old dirty and very outdated. We stayed in suite 1044 ,Rooms were dirty , smelled musty , air conditioning did not work properly, had ants on counter tops. I went to front desk and spoke to manager Melvin , he moved us to suite 944 , that room was worse , no toilet paper , no toilet paper holders , missing furniture, holes in the walls in bathroom , and more ants on counter tops and floor. So I went back to the manager Melvin and said I’m sorry and i will take care of the ants. I asked him to go up to room with me cause my 2 underage daughters were in the room and he said ok just give me a few minutes to get stuff and he told me to wait in lobby , so i did 30 minutes later of me waiting for him i see him walk past me and he does not say a word to me. I approach him and ask if he is ready to go up and he said I already went to room and cleaned counter tops. I was upset because he told me he went into room without asking to go in knowing i had 2 underage girls in room , the only thing he said was sorry so I demanded to speak to a manager and he said he was the only one. Finally he gets a different manager on the phone and apologized and said of course apologized and said the director of front office would call me the next day and gave his card his name is Julio Cruz , and wouldn’t you know he never called. I sent Julio Cruz a email and he has not replied. I emailed IHG customer service and i have not received a response. Very terrible customer service by IHG and the worst by Holiday Inn. Management at this hotel do not care about their customers, I have always stayed at IHG properties but because lack of response from IHG I will never stay at a IHG property.
