Better options available

rovingsteve (Ramsgate, United Kingdom) on May 10, 2025

Currently in this hotel. Our toilet won’t flush properly, reported to reception but nothing had happened and I really can’t be bothered to keep going up and down to reception to complain. The breakfast buffet is awful but luckily there are plenty of alternatives within walking distance. I’ve stayed in all of the Rosens along international drive and this one has let the brand down. Great location but that’s about it. Bad points, the internet is terrible, no information in the room, the front line staff don’t seem interested. Good points are, comfortable beds, great central location and a large car park. I wouldn’t stay here again and would opt for the other alternatives on i drive.

Another great stay at a Rosen Inn !

larilu (Las Vegas, Nevada) on May 08, 2025

After staying previously at the Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista Location which was a very good choice, i decided to try this location on International drive to see if i would get the same great service, room & decent rates. Well, the verdict is in...YES, This Rosen Inn was perfect for my needs, great rate, great room, great pool area, friendly staff and a great location. The rooms are a dated, but maintained better than some newer resorts. It is obvious the Rosen Hotel Chain knows what they are doing. This location is within walking distance to many, many restaurants, shops, etc. The world's largest McDonalds is basically right out their front door/parking lot. They also provide Free Parking and NO bogus resort fees. This hotel is a great value.Looking forward to trying another Rosen Inn in the Future or staying here again.Bottom Line is this location is perfect for your Orlando/Disney vacation.... Rosen Inns~ Keep up the good work! Overall Rating ~ Very Good.

Convenient and clean

rhianm405 (Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom) on May 07, 2025

Yes the hotel is quite dated but it's great value. We stayed on the ground floor facing one of the pools nearest the entrance on I-Drive. The room was huge with 2 double beds. We normally leave both our children in the one of the beds but the hotel offered us an extra pull out single which fitted in the room with ease. The room was spotlessly cleaned everyday and the staff were lovely. There's plenty of storage, a safe, fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine. The grounds and the pools were also spotless. Very convenient location on I-Drive with a short walk to Icon Park and plenty of food and shopping options nearby. 20-30 mins to Disney and 10 mins to Universal. We essentially used this as a base for the parks and at this price would stay again.

Bad WiFi

Thomas B on Apr 30, 2025

Unfortunately the main bad point outweighted the good points of this hotel. That bad point being the WiFi which constantly disconnected when in the middle of using. Not sure how they advertise as providing “high speed internet”. And it wasn’t simply a fault, as reviews going back months comment on this issue. The staff receptionists try to pretend it’s a short term fixable issue, but clearly it’s on going for months, Also the pool water is freezing (April) which was disappointing, as it’s not very enjoyable to swim in such temperatures. The hotel’s mini supermarket is rip off prices. Walgreens is 5-7 mins walk. Cheap affordable room prices and good location. Mattresses were also good, and mini fridge and microwave were nice to have.

Pleasant hotel, close to parks

elizabethDublin (Dublin, Ireland) on Apr 25, 2025

We stayed 14 nights at the rosen inn international, Orlando. There were 9 of us altogether, 6 adults and 3 children. The check in was handled very well, and quickly. Reception is bright and welcoming. The rooms, although dated, are clean and plenty of storage. There's a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I brought my own travel kettle, which I was delighted I had, as there's no kettle or toaster to hire. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. It can work out pricey though, if you eat there every day. Breakfast for two, advertised as 13.95 each, actually costs 34 dollars, and it's always the same menu. No boiled or fried eggs, always scrambled which were a bit watery. Some mornings we bought bread, and used the toaster in the shop at reception, that you can use. Would really like a table in the rooms, plenty of space for one. Handy to have your cup of coffee. The whole place is spotless clean, would definitely get rid of carpet in the rooms, and lay tiles. More hygienic and easier for staff to clean. They have a broom to sweep rooms, but this creates dust. We were right facing the pool, which was brilliant. Plenty of sunbeds at pool, and towels, which are replaced constantly. There are two pools, one with a toddler area and a tiny playground, not much in it. Pool stays open from 9am until 10pm, which was brilliant after a long day in the parks. There's a bar at hotel, with 2 pool tables, we played quite a bit in the evening. They also serve food that was tasty. The outdoor seating area was handy and pleasant. The girl working there, sorry can't remember her name, is an absolute gem. Very pleasant, hardworking and helpful. The bar sometimes got quite busy, but she managed alone. I would stay again at the rosen inn, and hopefully they'll supply a kettle and table in rooms!
