A Family Friendly Resort

We stayed at this resort for Spring Break. We had 2 separate rooms - a guest room for 2 adults, and a 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms 'Villa' with kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, balcony for 2 adults and 2 children. Positives: The location of this resort is excellent, near to Disney attractions, and 5 mins from Sea World. There are also lots of restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms are large and very 'family friendly'. We did 'take-out' and ate on the screened balcony. The facility and grounds appear to be well-maintained. There were plenty of towels at the pool. There are also pools for just adults. There were planned activities for the children. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Negatives: The restaurant service was incredibly slow, up to 40 min wait standing in line just to purchase a drink; meals were even worse. The pool game leaders were untrained in how to manage kid activities; it was Spring Break and there were a lot of kids, but the staff was clearly inexperienced and frustrating for the kids.

This was a family vacation and the resort was extremely accommodating. Anything we needed arrived at our unit in less than one hour. The weather was great which helped lend to an excellent stay. We definitely would come back here.
