Situated in the middle of the magic, The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve offers an intimate and tranquil oasis like no other to experience the Walt Disney World® Resort. This new hotel offers 349 luxurious guest rooms and suites featuring floor to ceiling windows in an upscale and boutique environment within the iconic Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort complex.
- Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort guests can enjoy Extra Magic Hours.
Guests will receive daily 30 mins early access to all 4 Disney Theme parks as well as stay up to two hours after regular closing at select Disney Theme Parks on select evenings.
Guests need to check with Disney Guest Services upon arrival for parks and times. - Exclusive dedicated and continuous luxury motorcoach transportation direct from our hotels to Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, and Disney Springs®. One bus per theme park running approximately every 20-30 minutes.
- Disney’s Water Taxis providing transportation to Epcot® and Disney's Hollywood Studios® (or guests can take a leisurely stroll to the entrance of these theme parks as well)
- Complimentary daily parking at Walt Disney World® Resort theme parks with your Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin room key – two cars maximum
- 7-day advance reservations for Lightning Lane theme park ride reservation system.

Want the best of Disney and Marriott - Swan Reserve is THE CHOICE!

If you want to maximize your ‘on-property’ Disney benefits AND your Marriott Bonvoy benefits/points - this hotel is ideal. The hotel is a quick walk to the Boardwalk area where you can walk to Epcot or Hollywood Studios and they provide shuttles to the other parks and Disney Springs The hotel qualifies as a deluxe Disney resort so you get all the same benefits as staying at a Disney deluxe property PLUS you get the service and benefits of Marriott Bonvoy. We used our NUA for a one bedroom suite and it is spacious, clean and well appointed. We had breakfast at Grounds and have eaten a Amare before and enjoyed it. The pool is a little boring (and no hot tub) but you can use the pool facilities at the Sean and Dolphin next door which have better pools and hot tubs. 10/10 - highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had a nice stay at Swan Reserve. The room was large with plenty of space. We were on 14th floor with amazing views!!! Only complaint was there is a resort service fee of $50.00 that includes taxes. We arrived at 11pm so we didn't use pool so that was a charge we were not expecting. Also it's $38 for parking. This hotel does take Marriott points which was wonderful.
