Terrible experience...

Don't waste your money...Awful experience for a hotel that charges 600 dollars a night for a basic suite. The bathroom door was broken, the front door would not close, airconditioning did not work( it was constantly pumping air and would not stop even after I turned it off). No fridge in the room so we had to pay to get one. Several light bulbs were burnt out. The shower head hardly pumped water out and soon and on.... It was a terrible experience.... I think a stay at Motel Inn would have been better. When I pay 1200 for two nights I expect everything to be in working order and frankly I expect more from the Fairmont Hotel brand....very disappointing.
The start of the trip already looks not so pleasant. Despite had lots of good expectations. I am extremely disappointed

I am over hours trying to check in, reception extremely rude without even thinking of how they have to act and treat client Its the first fairmont hotel i experience this. Lobby is so cold under air conditioner while waiting already got cold. Not a single staff member offered water even
