Surprise to find Naked Men at Family Hotel

Edrik8 on May 25, 2024

Absolutely ridiculous. This is a FAMILY HOTEL WITH KIDS. We booked a room online with no warning or notice there would be 800+ naked men in thongs everywhere on the property. We were only told at checkout after asking why the main pool is CLOSED on MEMORIAL WEEKEND! We were not offered a refund and will never be back to any margaritaville on earth until the day I die. Lying deceiving and unkept. Stay away.

Would not recommend this hotel

jackboy5784 on May 22, 2024

Would not recommend this hotel for anyone's stay in Palm Springs. My room had mold in the bathroom, the curtains were filthy, hallways had debris on them and were not cleaned (including a plate with crumbs that was there in the a.m. when I left hotel and when I came back to hotel that night the plate was STILL in the exact spot and this even after the housekeepers had cleaned on my floor). The air conditioner sounded like a freight train in the room when it was on as well. My husband and I stayed a few months ago at the San Diego Margaritaville hotel and even that hotel which was under renovation at the time was 100 percent nicer especially in the way of cleanliness. The hotel is in much need of updating.
