Christian by the pool is the BEST!!!

Christian by the pool went above and beyond to make my stay at Margaritaville Palm Springs feel special! He was so nice and helpful! He had great vibes and was always checking on me to make sure I had a drink or just to see if I was doing ok! Great service and AWESOME mustache!!!

Coachella with the girlies

Everyone was so nice until I checked in and until I left ! The guy at the front was able to get me early check in for Coachella. The bartenders were so nice ! And the housekeeping was very helpful ! Had a great stay overall !!

Got the cheapest room and it was very cozy! The bathroom sounded a little scary when flushed but it worked so no complaints. There was an event going on in the pool area so it was a little noisy which I didn't mind at all but just a heads up if you're a light sleeper you might need to bring some sound cancelling ear buds if it bothers you.

Excellent fun time at Margaritaville

I usually travel solo which I did for my 4-night stay at the Margaritaville palm springs... Check in was a breeze though I was a bit early. I got to my room and it looked out over a parking lot area...I'm one to spend a fair amount of time in my room so I just went back to the check in desk and asked the young man there if he could please give me a non parking lot view...which he took care of straight away! Bravo! My stay was very pleasant and I really enjoyed the main bar which was tended by David (daytime) and Adam in the evening. You can eat at the bar so I ordered calamari. It was hands down the BEST calamari I've ever had! I had a few other meals at the bar and they were all spot on! My room was, for me, just perfect...over looking the swimming pools but with trees to give you privacy. I highly recommend this Resort. There are 3 excellent restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away. Plus of course the hotel restaurants. So... Go... Relax... Eat and imbibe... Sent with Aloha from Maui...

Unhappy at Margaritaville

I am having a very disappointing experience at this resort. This is a situation that a lot of small-to-mid situations are adding up to an unpleasant experience. I am here for a conference and I arrived last night. The check in process was a little bumpy. They claimed to not have my company information on file (though when I checked with my company they said they had a confirmation email that it was done). I was given a room on the ground floor, which makes me uncomfortable so I asked if it would be possible to switch to a higher floor. I was told I couldn’t then, but possibly the next day. My room was not great. It was dated and tired and didn’t feel perfectly clean, but it felt acceptable if I could get a different room the next day. In the meantime a colleague checked in to another room that was full unacceptable. It had buckling/decaying walls, and some other unclean things, but that is her story to tell. This morning I woke up to find that none of my devices charged because the outlets didn’t work! At this point, I really needed to get to a different room. I called the front desk to report the issue and they kept implying that I was looking for an upgrade. I had to tell them multiple times I just want a higher floor with functioning outlets! I did get help from a very helpful gentleman named Rafael at the front desk (shout out to him). My new room at first glance seemed better. The bathroom seemed to be an upgrade and while a little dingy, it seemed to be in better shape than the last. When I went to the closet to unpack, there were no hangers and no luggage rack (small thing, but they are starting to add up). I go to call housekeeping to request these items and the buttons on the house phone don’t work (another small thing adding up). I call the front desk from my cell phone to report the issue with the phone and request for hangers and luggage rack. I’m told they will send them up. An hour and a half later, nothing. I also start looking around the room and notice the carpet is not clean. It needs a good vacuum. I call back to report that the previous items were not taken care of and the floor is dirty. I’m still waiting on the floor. Final issue I want to share was the service at the restaurant. My friend and I waited for 30 minutes to even get a menu! The service was horrible. I had to get up twice to ask for things we’d already requested. With that said, the food was good. Pool area here is nice. I haven’t been able to spend much time there yet, but it seems great, but due to the other issues, and how little care there is in resolving them. I would not recommend this place. I have not seen in anything I’ve experienced here that they want to do anything to make my experience better than it has been and that is so disappointing.
