I was told this was the Riviera, Frank and friends hangout. It’s that old. HVAC is loud! Throughout the night, Loud bangs and crash sounds. Bathroom tub was stained, caulking around tub looked moldy. Carpet in room and though out property extremely dirty and stained. I can keep going on. Constant ick feeling.

Was left disappointed..not about my stay but the fact that the trip did not happen. Was contacted a few days before the visit by Moe Nazeem to say that due to unforeseen maintenance we were being relocated to hotel I did not choose at an extra cost to myself! Having rang Margaritaville they indicated that there was nothing wrong with my hotel and would contact me and it was in fact the third party I booked with issue.The third party has denied this so my guess is that the property was in fact overbooked for Labor Day Weekend. I have since contacted Margaritaville via the third party app asking them to call me to discuss…still waiting!! Probably dodged a bullet in truth based on some of the recent reviews

We had a reservation at this resort from 31st August to 2nd September for two nights. The property rudely cancelled our stay whilst in the middle of our holiday and we found this out by notification from our booking agent Booking.com. We then had to scramble to find some accommodation that could take us on these dates whilst being on holiday. Luckily for us we managed to stay at The Rowan by Kimpton who delivered on great service however this could not be said about Margaritaville.

My mom and I checked in after dark and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience after we asked him how to get to the parking lot from the pool area. Anthony not only provided easy directions, but asked if we would like him to walk with us, helped us with our luggage, and showed us the second pool at the resort while carrying our luggage to our room. Anthony was welcoming, professional, and provided a memorable guest experience at Margaritaville. This was our first time staying at the resort and look forward to coming back with our family and highly recommend Margaritaville when traveling to Palm Springs. If you happen to meet Anthony and you read this review, tell him my mom and I say hi.

I want to start off my review saying the venue is wonderful. The pool is beautiful the landscaping beautiful the bar beautiful good drinks good food especially the cheeseburgers. Excellent my only gripe is the music is driving everyone insane Including the employees. The same 15 songs on repeat is insane, this is not a supermarket. This is a resort spend a little money and hire a DJ or get a better playlist or even Pandora would be better than what’s going on at Margaritaville.
