2023 PIA Board Retreat

Bad Experience

I booked the studio suite with King bed, sofa bed, living space with 2 LCD TVs, and the room size on website is shown 640 sqft, but the actual size is 500 sqft that I measured by engineer measurement equipment. And the bad experience was that I paid expensive price for studio suite but mu sister-in-law paid 2 queens bed standard room but somehow she got the suite bigger than mine because she booked directly on this hotel website, and I was treated differently because I booked the suite via Chase Sapphire credit travel. I talked to hotel manager Daisy Cano about why I paid more but get smaller room then the one paid less. She tried to avoid everything I said and just told me if I want the suite, I should pay thousands to get the suite, my room is not the high price to be the big suite. That was what she tried to said. It was really bad experience and customer service. I also used to be Platinum, but now I am at Gold Elite level for Marriott Bonvoy membership but I did get nothing. Is this hotel still in Marriott group? So mistreat! No special services for Marriott Bonvoy memberships. No line or special desks at the lobby for Marriott membership to check in. Loyal customer like me was treated like strangers in here. Very unhappy and feeling like I got scam in this hotel. Never be back here again.
