Relaxing in the desert heat

kimgF7425FB (San Jose, California) on Sep 26, 2024

Pros: - Nice pool/mountain view from the room balcony - Friendly and helpful staffs. - Fast check-in and check-out process. - Manmade beach by the pool; plenty of lounge chairs by the pool with towels and free sunscreen is provided. - You won’t feel the triple digits temperature outside. The hotel AC is not playing very efficient everywhere indoor. - Free ice water/cranberry dispensers in lobby. Cons: - Valet staffs were not very attentive with a $40 charge. - water pressure from the shower head was way too high till the point it hurts. - The complimentary breakfast could use more variety. food all tasted bland. - Concierge was nowhere to be found. In Front lobby there were one front desk staffs for check in; two guys for valet service at the main door. Short staffed? I had the same bartender at the lobby bar for nightcap and he was there already working at the pool bar in the morning. Room Experience: The room that we had was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful mountain view. The bed was comfortable. Enough towels were provided. However I had to call for robe and slipper to be delivered to the room. Overall, we had a relaxing stay Despite a few minor inconveniences.

Perfect trip- business and relaxation

Melanie R (Brampton, Canada) on Sep 08, 2024

Beautiful and relaxing resort. Perfect set up for conferences. Rooms were superb and having a balcony was a great benefit. Rooms were spacious and modern. Grounds were immaculate. Lots of added little touches that made the visit memorable. From having water stations, to the corn hole games set up to having the rooms set to a perfect cool temp once walking in
