We were on vacation and the hotel was great but the pool service was not and the fact that we couldn't even use our own floaties or have drinks in lazy river was ridiculous, so we didn't stay long. We've been to many resorts with lazy rivers, and we always were allowed to use our own floaties and enjoy a drink in a plastic cup, and the poolside dining was always top-notch, but not here! All the waiter did was help the lady next to us and pass us by until we said, "Can we order! The hotel was noisy with barking dogs, so if you're looking for a quiet place, this isn't it! The parking situation was a joke and the parking spaces filled quickly, so we had to park up by the front lobby and get a ride back to our room then wait for another ride back to our car, so it was clear there was not enough parking for the guests. We won't be back!!

Kids had an amazing time at the pool, splash pad, lazy river, and slides! Staff was welcoming and friendly. If you are looking for a place to go to let the kids have a great time playing and splashing this is it. If you are looking for a nice, upgraded hotel room to relax - this is NOT the place. Our room was old and rundown. Walls were paper thin (we could hear dog barking next door, families yelling, etc.). Not the best experience for our 5 year olds to witness.
