Amazing Wedding Experience, Thanks to Cynthia’s Wonderful Planning

We hosted our wedding at Garza Blanca from October 31 to November 3, and it was an absolutely incredible experience. The property itself is breathtaking, and the customer service exceeded all our expectations. From the delicious food to the stunning scenery, every moment at Garza Blanca was unforgettable. A quick note for anyone planning a wedding here: Cynthia, the planner, typically starts working with you about six months before the event. Even though she’s juggling multiple weddings, she handles it all so seamlessly. Her dedication and hard work truly stood out—she worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect, and it showed on our wedding day. The day went off without a hitch, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the gorgeous setup and the attention to detail. If you’re considering a wedding or event at Garza Blanca, we wholeheartedly recommend Cynthia and her team. They helped make our destination wedding an unforgettable experience, and we’re so grateful for everything they did!
$20,000 down the drain. Broken foot not “an acceptable reason to cancel” :(….

My wife broke her foot one month before the reservation, a spiral displaced fracture in her fifth metatarsal in her left foot. I tried to explain the situation to Garza Blanca, but they said “unfortunately it’s nonrefundable”. Worst response I’ve ever gotten from a five star resort ever. I told him repeatedly that my wife cannot walk, has a temporary disability placard, and is going to have surgery, and they did not care at all. $20,000 down the drain, literally. FYI, the Four Seasons in Punta Mita fully refunded the five days that our family was planning to stay there. What kind of resort gives no money back when you pay for a full price reservation and cancel because you cannot bear any weight on your badly broken foot for two months?? We will take down this review if someone at Garza Blanca has a heart and gives us a refund. We have three-year-old and 15 month old daughters, and I have to take care of them and my wife. Again, the Garza Blanca representative showed ZERO empathy when I told her about this.
