The beach and the resort are beautiful, clean, friendly and helpful staff, especially the front desk in charge with the restaurant reservations. My favourite activity coordinators were Alexandra and Cassandra! This my second time staying at this resort and hopefully not the last!

Location and service was great! Would go again if the price was right! Buffet and food options were limited but could always find something.

This was my first time to puerto Vallarta and we stayed at the Meliá Resort. The hostess Georgina was pleasant and attended to all our needs. She set us up the first day with dinner reservation and a massage for myself. The dinner was very nice and the attendants brought dishes we did not order but they were free and they were so delicious. We also got drinks from the area that were pretty unique in n flavors, non alcoholic and refreshing. I already want to come back we wanted for nothing except more time at the area.

We spent 8 dsys with kids and grandkids here. The bunk beds were a hit with younger ones. We were incredibly impressed with the staff when our youngest went missing on the 2nd evening. The hostess radiod security and she was found in under 5 minutes. The turtles ,ducks and Iguanas on site were enjoyed daily as was the pool. We had a memorable dinner at the Fish House at sunset. So beautiful. They are renovating some rooms but the noise was minimal.

Melia was a fantastic place to Stan we loved it so much. The people are the best part. Super happy with the choice we made and we would recommend to anyone!
