most beautiful resort from an ocean view standpoint, very nice people and very, very clean rooms and facility. employees did not speak much English, very helpful employees when you could understand them, we were there 3 1/2 days in January of 25 and NEVER had a hot meal, food was just ok and ALWAYS COLD. a couple of times to Mexico and NEVER again, they just do not know how to do it right. beautiful beach and close to the marina but the food will keep us from ever going back!

Ana and Janet made guacamole. They did a great job! We really enjoyed the lesson. Anna was very good at explaining in English. Janet made mild and spicy guacamole. We tried both individually then separately. We decided we liked the two mixed together making it medium spicy.

Guadalupe was very friendly at check out, asking if we had any concerns. The buffet & restaurants were all very good. Ana and Sergio in the activities department were fantastic! Pool area was very clean. We enjoyed our stayed and would definitely return.

There is no WiFi in any given room, just promises it'll be fixed. Also, with "all inclusive" there are charges for some drinks and some services. People smoke in "smoke free" areas. Generally, service is decent, food and drinks good, territory very clean beside cigarettes butts in the grass.

Visited with extended family. The resort is very family friendly. Pool isn't too deep and there is small wade pool for the babies. Life guards were very friendly. Nightly shows were great for the little ones with a few adult rated jokes mixed in. Our kids loved the Pirates show. We didn't use the kids club much, but was convenient spot for the kids to play when needed a break from the water. The servers Teresa and Roberto at the buffet were awesome. Made dining a lot easier with 5 kids. Definitely would come back again. I would recommend having water shoes for the beach as it is a little rocky the deeper you go.
