Had a wonderful experience and the staff is so kind and friendly. Attended to our needs when requested. Dining was great, delicious and varied. The grounds were spacious and welcoming, with a timeless design and landscaping throughout. Childcare services was also very accommodating and flexible.

Everything was amazing, but the service is outstanding. The staff is fantastic, especially Moses and Kevin took great care of us at Mole & tacos.

What an amazing place! Older resort, but the cleanliness is above and beyond. The staff, well couldn't be more happier with the amount of respect they have for guests. I've been to many resorts from New to old and this is one of my top experiences and I don't think I have anything negative to say honestly. Someone is definitely doing their job as managing, but most of all I'm sure the hard work comes from the staff. Have one more day left and sad to leave as this experience was just unbelievable. Love this resort. We’ve had some great servers in the various restaurants (shout out to Theresa, Ruben, Monserrat, Lot and Moses). Dang but the lemon mousse in the buffet on Sunday wasn’t one of the best desserts I’ve ever had (ever). If you get the chance/can afford, do the culinary journey at Tauro. They do a wonderful job keeping the resort clean and they have shows pretty much every night. The comedy show is especially great.

Had a wonderful experience here with the our family. The food and drinks were wonderful and the staff were so incredibly nice and welcoming. Wanted to say that Manuel went above and beyond for us. He was our first face at the hotel and truly a gem. We can’t wait to return.
