The hotel is old and have a smell if humidity, the personal some are really good and some looks like angry all the time. The mole restaurant wasn't really imoresive in terms of food and taste but the personal there super kind and amazing. I wouldn't come back but was a good first experience for my young one.

Excellent services, great room and the Buffett was great. Juan in the dinner buffet was so kind, in reception Guadalupe was of great help. Last year we came with our kids, brother and parents. And this year we came to celebrate our anniversary. In reception Valeria Eigo help us a lot with the options and amenities. Great experiences one more time.

We loved Food, Activities , Archery was fun. Pool is too warm for me, but most people like it. Rooms were great and service great. We had experience watching how turtles eggs were saved. Ocean was amazing, sometimes waves were high, wearing floating device recommend.

Hotel was not even close to a 4 star hotel. It was more like a one star hotel. I went on vacation for a vacation not to be talked into buying a timeshare.

I recently stayed at Melia Puerto Vallarta and had a somewhat mixed experience. While the service was top-notch, there were a few key aspects of the stay that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the room we received did not match the one we had booked or what was shown in the pictures online. This was quite disappointing as we were looking forward to a specific layout and amenities that were not present in the room we were assigned. The hotel staff did their best to accommodate us, but it still didn’t quite match what we had expected. Another downside was the lack of kid-friendly meal options. As a family traveling with children, it was challenging to find suitable meals on the menu. The limited options made dining at the hotel less convenient than we had hoped. The buffet food was very limited On the positive side, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their warmth and professionalism truly stood out and made a significant difference in our overall experience.
