The only thing I wish was better were the bottles of soap in the showers. We couldn’t tell what was shampoo or body wash

Everything was super nice and the food was good and the drinks were tasty! The room kept us cool from the humidity and the beds were comfortable. 10/10 will definitely would come again with my extended family

Cockroaches!! Everything was good, customer service, facilities, night shows; and the best part, in my opinion, the food. Unfortunately, the last day I found some cockroaches in my room, it was really disgusting and couldn't believe they were there all the time. Such a way to end my staying. I don't think I ever book again this hotel, despite the good things. Cleaning should be taken seriously, specially in the rooms.
