The service was electric they give us the best time at the restaurant Lemmon grass at the pool. The service was Lamberto thank you for the amazing experience at the hotel. If it wasn’t for them we would not be enjoying as much as we planned to be. Will be coming again

I call this place home away from home. The attention to detail by the staff and the way they execute the duties is unmatched. Emily, our concierge, was super attentive and made sure our needs were met. Emily was also very knowledgeable and every answer she gave was perfectly tailored.

We visited the property mid July which is typically the low season. We were initially concerned about the weather as the forecasts usually said cloudy. The weather was great though and even when the app said cloudy it was sunny most of the day so nothing impeded what we wanted. The property is beautiful and service was good. People like Manuel, Carlos, Lamberto and Victor made our experience at the main pool and beach area more enjoyable. Those guys are up and down all day long. The option to go across to Emotions was great and we ended up over there almost daily for dinner and a show. Amafi was a hit for us and we enjoyed La Pergola as well. Distinct only had a la carte dinners so it was also great to go to Casa Bella and have the buffet options. The kids really liked that. The main drawback for us was check in where there were heavy attempts to try and get us to show up for a breakfast we didn’t want. Even when we said we were exhausted and didn’t want to sign up for anything they still kept pushing and we just wanted to get out of there and get to our vacation. One past that experience things in general picked up. There were a lot of mosquitoes around so bringing in some repellant is a good idea. You can purchase here but all things costs just a bit more. Overall I have this place a 4. It’s a great property, the gap is there’s very little personalization. For example they don’t notice you tend to drink only some drinks in the fridge so it may be best to fill it with more of that. They provide a good baseline experience but some personalization would really kick it up a notch.

Great vacation for families! If you can, get the 2BR w/ ocean view...It's all inclusive, so bring cash ( 1's and 5's) for tipping, trust me it's worth it. Food and service was great! Massage & facials were terrific. Try to get transportation set before you go...and DON'T stop until you're outside to get your van/car if that's what they tell you to do. The solicitors will say anything to keep you in the terminal and prob hold you hostage to listen to time share presentations for mult hrs. Keep that in mind.... BIG BIG shout out to our servers and staff that go above and beyond. First, I want to thank Manuel for his always "on time" drinks and foods! Octavio and Elian are super awesome and were terrific when our main amigo wasn't around. The eateries around are good....2 places that aren't a part of the all inclusive--near the spa...sushi and Mediterranean, check em out.....gym is in spa..opens at 0700 ---In the restaurants, Luis is terrific, on point...the hostesses are always friendly as well. A must do, but they also have a time share thingy...90 min and you get to at least have breakfast to listen...def worth a listen as Tomas did a great job. Will be back! thanks!

Beautiful location the resort and the staff were very friendly!! Francisco at the Mozzamare pool was fantastic!! He was always checking on us and always had a smile to greet us!! He deserves 10 stars for being so wonderfully friendly and giving us everything we needed . He made our grill trip!! So much fun!
