Please note the following enhancement projects that are upcoming at Paradise Village, Beach Resort & Spa.
Beginning May 12 through November 15, 2024, some guest rooms will be undergoing enhancements. (Completion date subject to change). The alligator’s water slides at the main pool area and the main pool will be under renovation from August 25th to October 12th, 2024. Renovation work will only be conducted during business hours on weekdays.
Every effort will be made to minimize noise and disturbance.

All-inclusive, including dumb management

Everything about this resort is 5 star--except for the (mis)management. Beautiful rooms, grounds, pools, beach and buildings; live entertainment nightly, a mall just outside main gate... unfortunately, there is a ridiculous antiquated system of logging each individual drink, even though we had all inclusive! The lines for everything are crazy-long, the poor workers take the brunt of the abuse for idiocy that is not their fault. They work relentlessly for 10 hours, and there are people making tally marks while the one or two bartenders or waiters swelter and take abuse. Why they want to lose thousand$$ every day because people give up or stock up at the mall's grocery store and restaurants, is beyond me. All inclusive isnt worth it. Even sadder is that there is a caged tiger for no reason, in a too small and neglected cage :( If you like beautiful scenery and sunsets, and can overlook this resort's glaring flaws, it is a great destination.

A wonderful time in a beautiful resort all the comforts of home and friendly staff. Units have kitchens so that cooking is made easy for large families that don’t wish to travel to and from restaurants. Lots of amenities and programs. Great location and our waiter “Angel” was top notch
