I can’t say enough amazing things about this place! I am travelling solo and the staff has made me feel part of the family. They go above and beyond to make your experience wonderful. Everyone is so kind! Right from Antonio greeting you at the door, Bernardo at the concierge desk taking care of all your needs, Salvatore entertaining and making you smile while keeping you hydrated! Sweet, energetic Bere keeping you busy with fun activities and encouragement. Shout outs to Bruno at the lobby bar, Jose at the Mexican restaurant, Gilberto on the patio and by the pool! Just to name a few! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! The hotel is smaller and older, but clean and inviting. I love how close the rooms, pool and ocean are together. It’s great for seeing people and making friends. The food is very flavourful and lots of variety in the buffet! The coffee delicious and the cold drinks plentiful! Drink service is quick and continuous! Get served right from in the pool! I can’t wait to come back and stay longer! I came for a break and a rest and I’m leaving a piece of my heart here!

A very nice hotel. Very clean and great drinks. Service at the bar and restaurants is great. Food is terrific with many options that rotate every day. The seafood is fresh and the fish tastes amazing. Also Alex and David are great servers at the Italian restaurant.

The food was good at the buffet. The Italian food was close to bad. I was hoping to use the gym but half of the machines were broken. You can't go higher than 5mph on the treadmill without it shaking and creaking so loud and the pedals on the bike go the same way. Ther

The people here are so sweet and charming! Salvador working the downstairs restraunt was always super kind and greeted us daily. We had a lovely time staying at the resort. I recommend bringing ear plugs when you come because the music can be loud in the evenings, but they typically stop around 11 so people can rest up. The beach was also amazing ?? i came during the low season but it truly was amazing to see some of the tropical summer rains. They cleared up during the day always for us. PVR is about a 40-1hr drive south if that’s important to you. Ubers were relatively cheap too which was great.

All the staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful and added to the experience. Gustavo was very nice and always brought great energy to make me and my friend feel welcome. Dianna was also great, super friendly and bubbly. They made the activities they ran very fun and upbeat. The room we stayed in was air conditioned, clean and cozy. The drinks were great as well as there was always something for everyone at the buffet.
