We had such a great time here and would definitely stay here again. The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. Everything was clean, and the beach was absolutely wonderful. We spent a lot of time at the pools and enjoyed all of them. The service throughout the resort was fantastic. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The food was also really good. We enjoyed most of the restaurants, although the Italian restaurant wasn't quite as good as the others. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job during our stay. The only thing I didn't like was at check-in. We were told a lady in a light pink shirt would help us get situated, but it turned out she was trying to get us to sign up for a timeshare presentation. When I declined, I got the feeling she wasn't very happy about it. If you're not interested in a timeshare pitch, I'd just politely say no and move on. Honestly though, that was the only negative during our entire trip. Everything else was wonderful. Beautiful beach, great food, excellent service, clean rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. We had a great time and can't wait to come back.

Had a wonderful time, unique location, excellent staff , the hotel is 10 minutes from the center of town. We took a food tour and loved it. I can’t wait to come back next year.

Great resort with great food drinks and helpful staff. I would definitely come back and recommend this resort to my friends and family. Location is probably one of the best ones feels like a private beach, although no beach is Mexico is private. All the specialty restaurants were exceptionally good. The only thing that could improve could be the buffet. Besides that I loved the resort and enjoyed my stay
