Amazing experience at Sheraton Buganvillas

Another glorious 10 days in PV. We haven’t stayed here recently but decided to use Bonvoy points for a “free” trip. Gabriel, Gama, Juan and Liliana treated us to the best experience poolside.
ROBBED AT THIS HOTEL. DO NOT STAY HERE.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. WE GOT ROBBED IN THIS HOTEL BY HOTEL STAFF. WE DID A REPORT AND EVERYTHING AND THEY HAD NO EXPLANATION, NO CAMERA FOOTAGE, NO RECORDS OF WHO CAME IN AND OUT OF THE ROOM WITH KEY WHICH THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE, but oh it didn't work. What a coincidence we spoke to two hotel managers and they had no explanation for us. There names are Jose Cordova and Oscar Gomez and we have proof we were robbed. Our taxi driver overheard out conversation as he was dropping us off at the airport and told us that it was happening frequently at THIS hotel.

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Manuel at the front desk and Eduardo Castaneda on the grounds go out of their way to greet you with a smile, make you feel at home and do everything to make your stay comfortable. A big thank you to Manuel, Eduardo and the rest of the staff! Look forward to seeing you again next year! Carina
