Excellent and relaxing place to visit. Sandy beach (no stones). Warm caribbean sea. One main restaurant and 3 more (Japanese, Italian and French). I would recommend to upgrade your staying to "Preferred guests club" because you would have access to another bar/restaurant on the beach and also better positioned sun beds. There is really plenty of food and drinks for everyone (I am vegetarian), and at the entrance the always ask you if you have allergies. My special "thanks"go to Mr Santiago, the bellboy who had a lot of patience and explained all the necessary things we needed to know and was extremely kind and helpful which was a great plus after very long and unpleasant journey to reach the hotel, and same praise go to Ms Jennifer and Mr Gregory at the reception desk who welcomed us in a such polite manner that we did not experience for a long time. We very much appreciated assistance of Gregory as well (Larimar stone checking :) . Also need to mention the kindness of staff in restaurant, and Coffee Coco bar staff (I am sorry but I couldn´t read their names over the counter) which is open 24h. Butler Mr Gustavo was also very kind and gave us many information about weather and all other necessary thing one needs to know when staying here. Much praise to very friendly (I think Mr Cesar ?)at the main gate. I could also highly recommend Mr Jose Vasquez with whom you can book wonderful and very well organized trips. We went to Santo Doming and Saona island (if you want to have unique experience book a more expensive Saona trip for 150 Euros per person-it is worth every cent!). Jose was so kind to come extra in a hotel on Tuesday to assist us (thank you Jose for checking our Larimar) although he was not supposed to do it that day. I never go twice to the same place, but as I told Jennifer and Gregory, next time I would do an exception and book the same resort again. Thank you Dreams Dominicus La Romana for unforgettable stay.

Excellent service. Food was a bit lacking. I will say every staff member we encountered were exceptional, friendly and accommodating. This made our experience top notch. We had butler service during our stay and Dany was exceptional. Professional, accommodating. Anticipated my needs and always reached out to ensure we had everything we needed.
