Starting May 1 and continuing through October 31, 2024, Hilton La Romana will be conducting insulation work on the air conditioning pipes across various buildings within both the adults-only and family resorts.
While this work is necessary to ensure optimal guest comfort in the long term, the hotel anticipates there may be some noise, particularly in the specific buildings/floors where the work is being carried out.
From August 30 – October 5, 2024, Spice Market Buffet at Hilton La Romana Family and Noor a la carte restaurant will undergo work on the roof.
o The buffet will be available for guests to enjoy at an alternate location during this time.
o The Mediterranean menu will be served at a different location where two a la carte restaurant menus will be alternated ensuring that guests don’t miss any specialty during their vacation.
o The roof work will only take place during the day and noise will be minimal.
From September 23-28, 2024, the Water Park at Hilton La Romana will be unavailable due to routine maintenance.
o Fortunately, due to its location, guests should be unaffected by any noise.
Although some noise may be heard, all efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

We had booked a different resort and after seeing and experiencing it for 3 whole hours, we canceled and booked the Hilton. Hands down, the best choice we could have made. The resort is stunning and immaculate, very tropical feel, people are super friendly and helpful. This is exactly what we think of for a vacation.

Yissel and Beinvenido showed amazing customer service !!! So kind! Im so glad I met them . It was never a dull experience in their care. I will definitely be coming back to this resort. Top notch service all over this island. The grounds was fantastic. They did an amazing job with sanitization. I haven’t seen anywhere on this island that was dirty or had trash. Even the pools by the bathrooms were dry and left as if no one had touched it. I believe I will be coming back in the near future. The beach was clean and boat ride was amazing, the food was delicious and most importantly authentic! I will tell my friends and family .
