What an amazing trip!!

Me my wife and her father checked in on 5-6-25 and have had an amazing time! Check in was very smooth and quick. We arrived around 2 pm and our rooms were ready. I will say we are club members so I don’t know how the main lobby check in is. The entire staff here has been friendly and helpful. If you visit the beach area for prestige be sure to stop by the bar and grab a drink and say hi to Carlos!!! The food has been average I would say but you will not go hungry!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Beautiful beach with clear water and enough space for swimming. Premises are beautiful with peacocks, ducks, ponds, plants, and trees. Very clean, staff is friendly , great massage at the beach spa. All of these deserved 5 stars. Food is 3 stars, definitely not 5. Despite the variety of food, it was neither tasty and non fresh. A la cart or buffet all tastes the same. Variety of fresh juices and froots in breakfast buffet did make our day, though ?? And special thanks to Star Cafe for 24/7 coffee and tea. The room was renovated and clean, but with constant smell of sewage in the bathroom, had to keep fan running. Also, my favorite sweater had disappeared from the closet. AC stopped working last night, and we couldn't reach guest service. Slept with the open balcony, and the fan on was pretty comfortable, though
