Nice small boutique hotel. Excellent reception desk services. The hotel had ongoing air conditioning problems during our stay but handled well by Luz, Johendry and Dayadris. Those guys went above and beyond to accommodate us in the rooms of our choice. The only complaint is food choices. Was in this hotel 4 years ago, not much changed. Even menus are the same. The dinner buffet options daily should be a must. The food in Beloved is very good but it’s impossible to sit there without proper air conditioning. That’s why we mostly chose Thalassa and Tao Cat for cooler temperatures. The food and services there are hit and miss depending on waiters and chef that day. Pizza and ice cream addition in buffet would be nice. Fruits on a beach ( used to be 4 years ago) also would be great. Overall decent hotel with great beach. Can beat Dreams easily with food options improvement.

I never ever (and I mean ever) write reviews and I've been to over 30 all inclusive resorts in my life as a young solo traveler. I can say this hotel is definitely not worth the price I've payed to be here. *PLEASE NOTE the hotel staff offer prizes/ hotel credit if you give good reviews on google. I accepted no such bribery and I'm here to tell it how it is. There is a severe lack of communication at this hotel. From check in to check out to reserving restaurants I had no idea what was going on (and I speak fluent English, French and spanish). I almost didn't make it to the hotel because no one knew they had to pick me up. The food and service is mediocre at most and I'm definitely not a picky eater. I understand I'm not in my home country but I expect a level of service when I pay a hefty sum to be here. I often had to wave my hands and ask 2-3 times for a glass of water because the staff couldn't be bothered to serve me. They stood around and talked to eachother and didn't smile when serving us. I was even asked to "move tables" a few moments ago because a public buffet table was reserved in the adults only section ???? The establishment is lovely (aside from the cockroaches in my suite) and the beach is nice which is why I give this resort a 3/5 but overall, I highly recommend for you to pay a lower price and get the same service elsewhere. Life is too short to waste your money on a resort with fake reviews. My two cents!
