Emmanuel was our concierge and he did such a great job. He checked in on us multiple times a day and made sure we had everything we needed. He assisted in our airport pick up and assisted in planning our excursions. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! We had an absolute horrible time at this resort. Extremely misleading - this is not a 5 star resort and is falsely advertised. It was so awful that we left after just one night - the very same night we booked a new hotel to stay at. We handled the situation graciously and were completely disregarded when a refund was requested! First of all, Our room was disgustingly dirty, I had to clean the sinks, shower, couch and the toilet seat which had splatters of diarrhea all over it !! Our sheets had blood stains on them and we had to use the blankets from the airplane to sleep on for the night. I didn’t come on vacation to clean the room. Not to mention the floors were extremely sticky. We asked for a bar of soap (which was not in the room, and never came even after requested) the smell in the room was awful, and there weren’t any towels? When we called to request towels, they never came. Also, the safe was broken. We also waited about 45 minutes for 3 tacos once we had arrived after a long day of travelling with a 3 and 5 year old. For the middle of March break we were extremely surprised to see how little people were actually at the resort. I have never complained once about a hotel that I’ve been too but this one is warranted. On top of all of that, we saved for an entire year to enjoy our first family vacation to Punta Cana and this is how it had to be. We had to spend an extra $5000 to stay somewhere else. I have stayed at MANY hotels, of which are 3, 4 and 5 star - and this was by far the worst experience. Not to mention the attitude from the staff at the pool restaurant -one woman in particular rolled her eyes at us because we didn’t speak Spanish. We were nothing but kind and this is how we were treated. Is this how your hotel discriminates against tourists? Not what I would expect from a 5 star resort .. or ANY resort that is supposed to accommodate ALL race and backgrounds. This was especially disgusting to us!! We would never treat anyone from a different cultural background like this. The incomprehensible part of it all is that there was zero accountability from the hotel. We spent thousands of dollars to be in the swim up room and after only sleeping there for one awful night - you ultimately decided not to give us any kind of refund at all ! absolutely criminal. How dare they not agree to reimburse us for the 6 days and 6 nights that were unused of meals and accommodation - especially after all of this. We stayed one night and ate two meals to feed our small children. The amount of money saved to take the vacation in the first place, and to then have it stolen from us is absolutely disgusting and like I said, criminal.
