We had a fantastic family vacation at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana! A huge shout-out to Raibel and Chael on the entertainment team. They made everything so much fun, from water aerobics and water spinning to cornhole tournaments and chess. They brought great energy and made the activities enjoyable for the whole family. The cocktail classes for adults were super fun too. The evening entertainment shows were also always a great end to the day! Wander at the pool bar made the best drinks, from strawberry daiquiris and mocktails to mojitos for the adults. And really all the bartenders deserve a shoutout! The staff really made our vacation extra special. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this resort to families!

Hyatt Ziva continues to be our favorite resort to visit. It’s clean, the food is great and the service is amazing. Special shout out to Raibel for entertaining us week. He’s the best!! Elvis was a great butler as well. The kids and adults all had a blast and we’ll be back! ??

I want to give a special shoutout to Amelia at reception, who went above and beyond to help us navigate an unexpected situation involving a last-minute change to our travel party and reservation. From the very beginning, she handled everything with incredible professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. What impressed me most was that she took ownership of the situation, kept us informed, and consistently followed up to make sure everything was resolved. She made what could have been a very stressful and frustrating experience feel effortless. Amelia is truly a gem of a person and a tremendous asset to the Hyatt Ziva team. Thank you, Amelia, for taking such wonderful care of us. Your efforts did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful!

Outstanding property, rooms, food, staff and kids club 10/10 vacation. Rooms were large we had king bed and pull out queen which was plenty of room for our family of 4. Atmosphere was upscale, clean, and luxury. Location being 15 mins from PUJ made for a fantastic short taxi ride. Only downside was that the beaches had 3-5ft of seaweed onshore but was cleaned daily. We had a blast doing the water sports and the staff made us feel comfortable and at home. A few staff shoutouts - Raibel the king of activities remembered our names all trip and added fun energy, Marianni & the kids club staff had our girls asking to go back each day (pizza making, rock painting, birthday celebrations), Milton our chef at Tempest had us laughing and loving the entire experience! Every staff member we interacted with were warm, kind, and helpful!
