Location 9/10, Atmosphere 9/10, Room condition 8/10, Cleanliness at restaurant 7/10, Noise level 9/10, Service at restaurants 6/10, Services at Bars and poolside 9/10 thank you all at Cocoomz (Deiby, Erika, Yani, Amyeli, Nathales)--> Must try the special #1 w/ cinnamon by Deiby , Amenities 8/10, Beach 7/10, Water park 8/10 Food and desert.......6/10 Overall value 7/10, while pretty satisfied with the overall experience at the property, i am a little hesitant to rebook our vacation at Ziva Cap Cana just because of restaurant availability limited to 4 + 1 buffet when you have kids and general food quality. Plus no view of the ocean while in the pools even from the infinity pool because the beach sits higher than the hotel ground i guess for a good reason, but not expected.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Hyatt. The staff made my trip, specifically Ozuna, Marianny and Merli from the Twisted Timbers bar. The best bar service I’ve ever received hands down!’

Location was fantastic. Hotel is beautiful. Food is very good for an all-inclusive. Staff is very kind and attentive and they work very hard. The overall performance/execution is a bit inconsistent, but the hotel tries really hard to be exceptional. At times, it feels like a truly 5-star service and at other times, the execution is not at that level, but the staff will go out of there way to help make it right. It's a very solid hotel that's worth a visit, and the overall kindness of the staff is unmatched. Everything on the menu at Navigator restaurant is superb (and also great assistance from Juan Carlos the waiter), the food quality is very high, and we ended every night with the fun evening entertainment and a visit for snacks at Caffe Republica (the staff: Waldy, Jenniffer, Yulaiki and Abril were always kind and attentive). Credit goes to our mayordomo (Elvis) and both Edgar and Gustavo at hotel management for their assistance throughout the trip. We loved that they have an attached waterpark that was included - while it's small, it's perfect for a couple of hours with the kids (we actually went twice). They would be better served if they had more food options, and drink options, at the waterpark.

Resort was amazing, very clean, the food was great at all restaurants, no complaints at all, I would definitely go back. Samuel and Wander at the pool bar were incredible. 10/10 experience the entire time I was there.

Our third time here and we were even more pleased than our trip before. This was our first time with our 2 year old and she had a blast. Plenty of activities and overall clean resort (Restaurant floors are pretty greasy for some reason). The ocean was borderline unusable due to the seaweed. If you plan to spend a lot of time in the ocean, this may not be the resort for you. We prefer the pool so we were plenty fine. The girls at Coffee Republic knew our order within the first day or two. Thanks JaJaira, Martha, Nicauris, and Yessica!
