I wanted to take a moment to sincerely recognize the exceptional experience my family and I had this week at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. Having previously stayed at Beaches Turks & Caicos and Hyatt Ziva Cancun, I can confidently say this property stands apart. Beyond the beautiful grounds, pool, and beach, the level of service was truly outstanding on par with a luxury brand like The Ritz-Carlton, yet at a far more accessible price point. A special thank you to Deiby at the bar, whose attention to detail and consistently warm service did not go unnoticed. Most notably, Chef Juan Melo and Chef Sebastian Luna went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Traveling with celiac disease can be challenging, but their care, precision, and genuine commitment to our experience made this our most enjoyable trip to date. Their professionalism and hospitality will stay with us for years to come. We are deeply grateful to them and to the entire restaurant team for treating us like family. We look forward to returning the favor should they visit in the US. Forever grateful.

Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is a great place to go with family and friends! We went with 3 other families and had a wonderful experience. The beach was absolutely beautiful, and the service was even better! If you go, make sure to request Martin as your butler! I don't think our experience would have been the same without him! He made it an actual vacation and took great care of my entire family! Reyson helped us every morning get beach chairs together; Amando planned our fun activities on the property and Deiby made the BEST club drinks! I highly recommend adding the club level experience if you like to have a cocktail and going to the Blind Butcher for fabulous food and great entertainment while you eat!

This place was amazing! So many great spots to get delicious food. My Friends and I had the pleasure of hanging out with Chael and Raibel who were so accommodating and kind. We all played basketball and volleyball every day and they made the trip so much fun! Very nice people and so were all of the other workers.

We had the best time at Ziva. The resort is beautiful and the staff do the most amazing job. They keep the resort so clean. The service was exceptional and the staff was so friendly and helpful. When we were at the pool we mainly stayed at the club pool and the staff there were so attentive. Anyeli, Erika and Nathali were amazing. The entertainment team was so much fun, especially Raibel. They kept us and my kids entertained. We had the best time here and are already thinking of when to go back

We absolutely love this resort! This is our second time coming to this resort and I’m sure we will be back! The resort is very clean, the food is amazing, the staff are super welcoming, the pools, water park and hot tubs are awesome, and the beach is stunning and always seaweed free. The staff are so accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend the on-resort photography…we got family pictures done both trips, and they are our favourite family pictures. My kids thought the photographer Hector was so funny and still laugh about him. Also, highly recommend the kids club (Anac Pac)… the kids loved it and begged to go back regularly. They especially loved one of the kids club staff named Ambar…she was so sweet and made the kids feel welcome and comfortable…they looked out for her every time. We always felt the kids were left in good hands. She even gave them a special gift, which they were sooooo excited about!! She truly made our trip and you can tell she loves kids and her job
