Kids Magic show was excellent. Kids had a great time. Cesar is a great magician. My girls had the time of their lives with all the funny things he does during his show. We would love to have the opportunity to watch it again. It is very entertaining.

Such a fun spot for a family trip. Facilities are wonderful and the food is great. And lots of helpful, friendly staff. Our kids (4 and 6) loved the kids club and Yaya runs it all there with a big smile! Mariela and Nicol were great too and especially with the fun poolside games and activities. The food is really good, and the main/buffet restaurant has really high quality food and tons of options. The manager, George, found out I had gluten allergy and walked me though what I could and couldn’t eat. And all the severs are great but we had Melvin a few times and he always took great care of us. We loved our trip and plan to go back someday. Everyone loved the waterpark! The Hyatt Ziva brand is great overall and this place is particularly special. My only downsides or lookout items are that if you go in peak time, as we did with spring break, pool chairs fill up fast and it’s hard to get into the other, fancier restaurants (especially with a bigger group).

We stayed at the Hyatt Ziva for our anniversary in the Dominican Republic. I can’t image a better place to stay. The staff always went above and beyond to help us and answer any of our questions. The hotel is all inclusive. So, all the meals and drinks at the bar is at no extra cost. We went to several of the on site restaurants and bars. You have beach access. There's a water park and plenty of swimming pools. In the lobby they have a coffee bar for lattes and frappuccinos. So many places to lounge. It truly was the best hotel I've ever stayed at.

**Hotel Review:** Good location, nice beach and some friendly staff however unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite being an all-inclusive resort at almost $1000 per night, the customer service was subpar. While lounging by the pool, I waited for hours without receiving any service. It became evident that only customers who tipped generously were attended to promptly, which is unacceptable for an all-inclusive resort. This disparity in service was not just inconvenient but also frustrating. Ordering room service was another ordeal. On one occasion, it took over three hours for our food to arrive. This kind of delay is inexcusable at a high-end resort. One staff member candidly mentioned that they rely on tips rather than a salary, which made me sad and concerned about the hotel's treatment of its employees. The snorkelling experience, which was supposed to be a highlight of our trip, was a complete letdown. We saw no fish, making it a waste of time and money.

What a wonderful vacation we had at this resort. Staff was amazing, frouditio ( Froudy) was awesome, the rooms are clean and the associate assigned to keep up with our room each day did great. My favorite two bartenders at moments sports bar were Juan and Eduardo. Didn’t matter if it was the 1st drink. Or last drink they made each night it was made with care. Food was also amazing. Don’t miss out on this resort !
