We had an amazing time at the Hyatt. The customer service was the best we have experienced. Esthefani at the buffet took special care of us on a daily basis. Our Butler Osiris was also very helpful in making reservations for us for dinner à la cart restaurants. The slides at the water park were an hit with our 5 and 2 year old boys and the pool and the beach were absolutely spectacular. The service around the pool for drinks was also exceptional. The resort had amazing coffee station in the lobby that had great hot and cold drinks and sweet treats available throughout the day. Chinola was our fav restaurant, followed by Navigator. Prontos was also good for quick and easy bites and even get takeout to take to our room or to the pool. Noodles and Thread was our least fav restaurant as far as taste is concerned. There was also grill lunch options near the pool with locations changing daily. Everyday they also had fresh coconut and pineapple juice by the pool around lunch time. Overall our kids had an amazing time and the staff was truly exceptional in making our experience wonderful.

Amazing Hotel from start to finish. 20 mins from the airport which is great for kids amazing welcome and the rooms are well maintained, clean and with great views. We required Halal options during the stay and reached out to the hotel. They put us in contact with the chef concierge Hendrisy Peguero who was amazing. He ensured we had halal options at every opportunity and at all dining restaurants. He would greet us at all of our reservations and introduce us to the chef and ensured everyhing was in order. Really nice Personal Butler Juan was always helpful and available to help whether in person or whatsapp, he was able to answer all our questions, make recommendations and arranged all of our restaurant and spa bookings. He seeked us out most days just to say hello and make sure we were ok which i thought was lovely. On the last day my son wanted some wings from the food truck before we left and, one message to Juan and fresh wongs were waiting in the lobby for him whilst we checked out! The pools and beach are amazing, we were able to enjoy lots of water sports and chill in the club pool. The daily bbq kept us well fed! Entertainment for kids throughout the week was great and they took part in many activites from olympics and volleyball to yoga and movie nights we were sad to leave but look forward to coming back! We had an ok time. The food at the Buffet needed more selections. There should be more restaurant kid friendly. I had a 3 yr old with selective eating preferences. Noodle and thread restaurant was great for him. I had family that stayed in Zilara side and they said when they went to us on the ziva, family side they had more fun.

Exceptional place to be. Very vibrant environment. Great people. Hospitality is top notch. Very impressed and will return.

Our butler, Osiris, gave us an excellent service!!! All staff were friendly and polite. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money. Perfect place to stay! Awesome location?????????
