This was our second trip to Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana and we will return again. It's the perfect family destination. The resort accommodates the age ranges of our children (2 and 10) easily. There is higher energy fun for our older child and laid back, easy on the parents fun for our younger child. The restaurants make dining a breeze at all hours of the day. I have zero negatives to say about this property and our two experiences here but what sets it apart from other all inclusive island resorts is the staff. It was so nice to see familiar faces during our second stay - it's a testament to how well the resort is managed to have noticeable staff retention. At each of our visits people went way above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable: one such person was Isabel Garrido, the Assistant Director of Operations for the Club level. Her attentiveness to our family created memories that will last a lifetime. We were so fortunate to have made her acquaintance but I have no doubt she treats all guests with the same extraordinary care. We look forward to our return.

I had an amazing time and ate amazing food, and amazing people. My experience at this resort was a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely come back here. I met Brian from the entertainment team he was so sweet and fun and accommodating .

We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana in Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived, the resort was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with incredible food, great entertainment, and outstanding service that truly made our trip unforgettable. He helped with everything, made our stay smooth and stress-free, and checked in often to make sure we were taken care of. • Geremi – Always friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed while relaxing by the pool. • Roney – Fantastic with the kids and kept them smiling and engaged every day. • Maximo – Provided excellent service at meals and made every dining experience enjoyable. • Deiby – High energy and fun, helping create a lively atmosphere throughout the resort. • Chael– Great personality and made the activities exciting and memorable. • Jose and Jimmy – Both were incredibly kind and helpful, contributing to the warm and welcoming experience we had the entire trip. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful pools, a gorgeous beach, and plenty of activities for both adults and kids. The staff’s hospitality really sets this place apart—we felt valued and cared for every single day. We highly recommend Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana and can’t wait to come back!

The resort is beautiful and so relaxing. We really enjoyed all of the activations they had all weekend and the food is actually incredible here unlike some other all inclusives. The resort seems overwhelming at first but you can get used to the layout quickly and between Ziva and Zilaria there are a ton of things to do. We had amazing experiences with the kids club staff and our butler, Martin. Highly, highly reccommend this location if you are weighing options.
