We recently stayed at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana, and overall it was a fantastic, memorable trip for both adults and kids. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and consistently friendly throughout our stay. The food was good overall—most restaurants had a mix of hits and misses, with a couple of dishes that stood out as excellent and a few that didn’t quite land. Navigator was mostly a miss for us, while Chinola was consistently very good. The pop up foods in the pool area followed this trend. Movie nights with the snacks and early evening events were very fun for the kids. What truly made the trip special was the staff: Manuel, from the entertainment and activities team, was the standout—always smiling, engaging, and going out of his way to connect with our large group. He made a point to find us each day and ensured all the kids had activities to enjoy. Mario made our kayaking experiences especially fun and memorable. Eleana kept our group “well hydrated” at the pool with great energy and service. Jorge took great care of us on the beach, always helping with chairs and drinks. Jennifer at the coffee bar was wonderful—serving coffee and desserts with a smile and great conversation every day. All in all, a great trip with lasting memories for our entire group.

Stayed 7 nights at this fantastic resort April 10-17th. The reviews are legit, we travelled with our 5 year old and this resort checks all the boxes for a luxury family all inclusive. The staff work so hard and trying to serve. The communication among this amazing team and level of service is hard to compare. Water park, beach and pool facility all A++ we used them all everyday. The beach is stunning and the water park was a huge hit every morning until lunch time. What a nice way to burn some energy for the littles. Movie night every night was a big hit. Staff did not recognize that Frozen 2 was played twice in three days, well my daughter noticed. Tough life... Some well deserved shout outs to some stand out team members that served us. - Pedro - manager from the moment we walked in was there to greet us and set the tone for the week. What a nice touch. - Samuel and Jorge - Beach servers. These guys are great. - Heyron buffet server - Melvin buffet server - Christopher and Franco butlers - always around if we needed anything. Which we had some small asks that we immediately taken care of. - Manuel - entertainment team, would remember my daughter's name and say hi to her, this guy is unreal. Would always update us on the days activities. - Rose server by the kids pool. - Bernando the most important guy in my life. The guy who would sing me a song every morning while he cooked my eggs Benedict. Beauty. The best family all inclusive we have stayed at thus far. Already booked for next year, nuff said. From the words of wise child I know....can we live here forever Dad.......I wish!

When we arrived Osiris our butler made sure we were settled in our rooms. Two pool view and one Ocean view. Each day he made sure we had dinner reservations each night. (And anything else we requested-birthday cake etc) Our favorites were Chinola and Navigator. I have fish allergy so they were very accommodating. Prestos was great for poolside dining. Elvira came by making sure we were staying hydrated. She was attentive and great with the kids! Everyday we were greeted by Manuel who made sure we were all aware of the daily activities. Our grandchildren ranged from 13 down to age 2 and there numerous activities in every genre. There is a huge family pool and a club pool. Even though we belong to the club level we prefer the family pool where there is adequate room to throw a ball! Kids love the sailing and kayaks oceanfront. This resort is clean and upscale which makes it a desirable resort location-we will be back!!!

osiris the butler, manuel and rabiel the entertainment managers where very helpful and fun got us late checkouts any planed many fun activities to do throughout the day.

There are few places I would be willing to go back and visit but this is definitely one of them. Out family of 4 (Myself, Husband and sons ages 6 and 8) had an absolutely wonderful time. So much entertainment, the whole property is stunning, staff was extremely friendly. The boys loved the kids club and the water park. 10/10 I would recommend. We stayed for 4 nights which seemed like a good amount of time. I would consider staying 1 more night in the future.
