Accommodations were wonderful. The food outstanding. The staff were efficient and friendly. Our butler Sandra’s was very good . He address any concerns, made reservations and was readily available Beatreize in the breakfast buffet was outstanding in her attention to us. We enjoyed it and look forward to our next trip there,

Service was above and beyond. All the staff was friendly. Our house keeper Sandra was top notch. WiFi69 and Justin Bieber were greater entertainers during pool games and the comedy show. We enjoyed the food at JWB Steakhouse, Mon Si, and Rum Runners. It was safe and fun!

We had the best experience at Margaritaville Cap Cana! Everything was 10/10 and couldn’t recommend here enough. We loved the room, food, drinks, service and the entertainment was great. The staff made our trip particularly enjoyable and we had a blast with them everyday from morning to night. Our favourite was Wifi69 and Justin Bieber! We had so much fun with them and they made our trip so memorable they are the best and always put a smile on our faces! They always made sure we were having a great time and always had an activity to do and added life to the resort. We also loved being served by Carlos at the 5 o’clock somewhere bar, he’s awesome. All around we highly enjoyed our trip and are so happy we made the decision to book here, we are already planning to come back! Thank you for the best time!

Before I even booked this resort I spoke with a reservation specialist that works for Karisma and was informed that this resort offered TOP SHELF liquor. I asked specifically about certain brands to make sure we had the same understanding of top shelf. She reiterated it did. Once my cousin and I arrived and I tried to order a drink, I was informed the top shelf liquors were NOT included in the all inclusive price and you have to purchase the entire bottle (which is overpriced). Next, a lot of the staff (not all) weren’t very welcoming and rude. I stood at the bar (located in the lobby on the Hammock side) for a while before being acknowledged and asked for my order. My cousin and I were blatantly being ignored. I’m not sure of the bartenders name, he had a badge that read “Alexis” but he acted as if he hated his job! I went to the Italian restaurant Frank and Lola’s and wasn’t greeted until I asked if it was self seating. The food wasn’t bad at all and the waiter was nice. After that, things started to get better after discussing our experience with our concierge Kelly. The staff at the 5’ O’clock somewhere bar and swim up bar were very nice and attentive! Big shout out to Michael! He was awesome. That’s where we spent most of our time. On the third day our room was infested with ANTS! They were all over the place and in my cousins luggage. The resort washed her clothing and moved us to a different room. It took them a long time to execute the task, but they still got it done. I was very happy about that. The food at the restaurants were really good as well as the service. Shouts out to the JWB steakhouse for sure. All in all, I’ll give them a 8/10. I really wish the person I spoke with prior to booking was honest about the liquor that was included in the all inclusive package.

Spontaneous trip! The place was amazing! High quality food and drinks are not water down and high quality. Great staff! Very friendly, Jorge was a great entertainment, Nunez from the poolside bar was great always attentive and makes sure im refilled…so far so good! Excellent service! Love the whole restaurant boat house fantastic breakfast, rum runners great latin food very authentic, punch bar was an amazing bar, frank and lola amazing italian food…very relaxing here great massages my room was so nice love the view nice and clean and very organize…nice place to meet people..love the vibe here! ??????????
