The hotel itself was very nice, the food was delicious, but what really made our trip a 5 was the exceptional service we received during our stay. We had an unexpected medical event that landed my husband in the hospital, and although the situation itself was very scary, our concierge, Rosa, was a constant source of support and assistance. She and the concierge manager instantly responded to me, helped arrange taxi service, helped coordinate food to bring to the hospital, and helped us to get room service from the restaurants instead of the room service menu. The onsite doctor was amazing as well, he was able to give medical advice as well as help us communicate with the hospital. They treated me like family and I would highly recommend.

The hotel was amazing. Our room was beautiful and spacious, really good decor and very comfortable bed. Food and drink was great, plenty variety. Ally from the bar assured our drinks are topped up at all times. Entertaiment was fantastic as well, shout out to Coca-Cola Light who entertained us daily with variety of games. I particularly enjoyed the water aerobics as well as the domino diving.

Our first Margaritaville brand experience and it was nothing but amazing....from "Coca Cola light" the pool entertainment was amazing. Always made sure we were having a good time. To Miky the pool bartender always dancing and making delish drinks. The restaurants were great and accommodating. The rooms were hands down some of the best rooms in Punta Cana I've ever stayed at. Beach in day one was not swimmable due to seaweed but half way through the trip they cleared it with hard manual work....They my wife's bday special....

First time in Margaritaville the hotel is beautiful, clean the service has been amazing. Look for Coca-Cola the front entertainer at the pool he has been awesome. The food at all the restaurants has been great and the resort is clean and modern. Rooms are clean and modern as well. Overall a great experience

I have have had a fantastic day playing golf tournament with Coke a cola he made everyone laugh and we had a great time also i won which was brilliant, Cocacola has made the hoilday fantastic he talks to everyone around the pool and plays great music, he is brilliant and is making our hoilday really fun!!
