We have just left the resort after an AMAZING week. We traveled with our kids 2 and 4 who absolutely loved it and it was the first place our 4 year old cried leaving. The resort is beautiful and kept immaculate, the pools are great and there is always something to do. The staff were wonderful and always willing to help in any way they could. My 4 year old loved kids club, a big thank you to Maria in club nick who was always so kind to our kids. Food was very plentiful and we always enjoyed it. We did the character breakfast this morning and the kids loved it. We would absolutely recommend this resort and will return.
TERRIBLE- DONT GO

We had been to Punta Cana many times and stayed at various resorts. This resort was the most expensive one we paid and it actually was the worst of them all. Food was TERRIBLE! They had a very small buffet with so little choices! There wasn’t even cheese for breakfast and they even ran out of eggs to make omelettes. The food variety was consistent every day and the selection was such to offer the cheapest food. A lot of the restaurants were closed! Night entertainment was TERRIBLE. I think they had a circus show for 3/7 nights- and it was the worst one I ever saw (the only thing they did was to lift a heavy item with their mouth. I didn’t see even one single good entertainment show. When on their wifi, they blocked access to tripadvisor, so no one could leave a review!!!
