My wife and I needed an adults only vacation and found that Royalton CHIC had an amazing Black Friday deal. We upgraded to the Diamond Club status that included butler service. Our butler, Israel, made sure to help our vacation go smoothly and relaxing. He reminded us everyday to celebrate life and made us feel very welcomed which is important to us because we are queer. The entire staff treated us no differently than any other guest and we saw several same sex couples there. The food was amazing and the hosts always asked if we had any food allergies first. The menus for the restaurants did not always match the menus posted on the resort info pages on the TV in our room. The diamond club exclusive beach area had amazing bar staff and the beach was beautiful. There were not too many vendors on the beach and those didn’t push too hard to sell us things once we told them we weren’t interested, but they were all kind and genuine. The spa is beautiful and I highly recommend booking a service or a few. The resort is described as boutique which made it feel very intimate and never felt crowded. We love this place and cannot express how much Isreal left a mark on our hearts.

I had an amazing experience at the Royalton CHIC Punta Cana. From the time I arrived at the resort the staff made sure that I was well taken care of. I was escorted to the Diamond Club check in area where I was warmly greeted with a smile and a glass of champagne by the staff who made the "check- in" process seamless. During this process they introduced me to my butler "Wilmy" who was truly amazing during my entire visit. He made my stay very enjoyable with his daily good morning wake up texts with the activities of the day. Throughout the day he would check on me to make sure I was good and didn't need anything. As a solo traveler, this daily service made me feel very comfortable. He also went above and beyond by decorating my room for my birthday (including champagne and a mini birthday cake with my name on it)!!! Finally, my review would not be complete if I did not mention how friendly, wonderful and cheerful the rest of the Royalton CHIC staff were. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking a reservation with Royalton CHIC Punta Cana Diamond Club and asking for Wilmy as your butler. Kudos, Royalton CHIC!!!
