Got wrong room - [ ] The 1st room - [ ] Number was assigned to the app so the first room service was delivered to the wrong room. Nobody could help to fix that error on the app. I had to figure it in my own because not to my surprise nobody knew - [ ] Requested service for my safe that was broken at the check in and was acknowledged but they never came to fix it - [ ] Tried to reserve several treatments ton the spa, I was told it was too much. I then choose to cut the services so at least we could have some done and after 14 min on the arguing I was told I had to go in person and pay within the next 3 hours if not reservation would be dropped. Complain to hotel and they gave me a nice apology but at the end the spa was a third party and had nothing to Do with them ?? if they going to provide services for my desk, then it is my problem and I should be able to improve this. - [ ] Then tried to organize a private dinner at the beach offered by then, that was a task that took 4 days, 3 people and still was not done. Asked for my menu options twice and was promise a phone call to at least get this done since they messed up so much and still never called me and dinner did not happened! - [ ] A manager took the time to call me to ask how can she make it better, told me she will call me back at my cell phone and I’m still waiting for the phone call. Then I got a message from another person and I requested a phone call and STILL NOBODY CALLED What a disappointment, not even how pretty the resort is would make me come back and I don’t recommend it to anybody with a minimum desire to use the services offered by the resort since they only to entice you to come not to actually use it

We had a fantastic experience at the English Bar. Edwin Diaz looked after us brilliantly — he was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He was engaging, great company, and took the time to chat with us, which really added to the experience. The service was excellent, and Edwin’s warm personality made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our time here so memorable — we’ll definitely be back! Thanks for the Baby Guinnesses!!!

We enjoyed all 7 days of our stay at Lopesan Costa Bavaro. We were part of the Unique club and were greeted with amazing service every step of the way. Our personal butler, Oliver, helped us with getting settled in, showing us around the resort, making sure we had dinner reservations every night, and even decorated our room for a birthday surprise. The food and drinks were very good and there were lots of options to eat. The beach was clean every day and so were the pools. Highly recommend staying here!
