Amazing time!

I had an amazing time at Lopesan Costa Bavaro, we booked the unique side and it was definitely worth it! We had a private buffet with really great food, extra amenities, a private area on the beach and a butler. Our Butler Isaury De los Santos was amazing and so sweet. The first day we got there he made reservations at all the restaurants that we wanted right away. He always took care of everything we needed and always asked if we were ok. The beach was absolutely beautiful and the service was great. Everyone on the unique side was so attentive and really took care of us. Our room was so clean and spotless everyday. The restaurants were very good. The resort is stunning and so luxurious. I would definitely return!

Lazy service , Mediocre experience , OK hotel…

Front guest counter lacks communication skills . Lazy Staff Mediocre service Multiple issues in rooms such as broken bed , broken shower ; Mold in fridge , broken patio door. Overbooked restaurants for no reason Awful service at bar lazy service
