Welcome to the Disneyland Hotel- crowds crowds crowds
mlsf2022 on Jul 03, 2022
If you like staying in a touristy area with tons, i mean seas of crowds, this is for you. We would rather have stayed in a five star hotel outside of old Quebec and come in to visit one day and then get out. The crowds at this hotel are ridiculous. If you want interconnecting rooms, they change you an extra $50 a night. They supply no free waters for the rooms but housekeeping did keep the room tidy. The tiniest bathrooms ever!!! Did I mention that There are tons of crowds everywhere? Our best night was when we left old quebec for a dinner. If we could redo the trip, we would visit Old quebec for a 1/2 day and stay somewhere else - in a different area. Not our cup of tea.
disappointing

Arrived early (aeoubd 1:00pm and was told the room was not ready but they would put a rush on it. Unfortunately, they did not and hours later at 4pm (guaranteed check in time) we were told the room was not ready and they could not even tell us when it would be, but we could have a cocktail. Very frustrating.
