Come for the Workout, Stay for Eric & Frank

We joined the water aerobics class and quickly realized the real highlight wasn’t just the workout; it was the staff, Eric and Frank. Bilingual, energetic, and genuinely funny, they kept the entire group engaged from start to finish. Somehow they turned tired arms into laughs and motivation without missing a beat. This is the kind of team that elevates the entire guest experience. Eric and Frank absolutely deserve recognition, they made a lasting impression and set the standard.

Frank and Eric were amazing and tended to our family with great care, made us feel at home, welcome, and really made us enjoy our stay.

We had a great time. The month before we were at the Ritz in Aruba so we had high expectations that the staff meet. The food and service was great and my son loved the Explorer club. He went everyday. They were so nice and really loved the kids. We will be back.
