Great vacation

We have to Dreams about 12 times mainly because the staff has always been so fantastic. The resort is always very well maintained and the rooms are spacious.

Our service from Esequiel was exceptional. We first experienced his service in Himitsu- he was friendly, attentive and made wonderful suggestions. In our second night dinner we were pleasantly surprised to have him look after us at Portifino. Esequiel immediately recognized our family and mentioned how nice it was to see us again. His service never skipped a beat, knowledgeable about the menu, made great suggestions and looked after every detail which exceeded all our expectations. Fantastic service and a true hospitality professional.

The entertainment team is awesome! We love the energy and fun that Oliver and Uzzy bring. They played ping pong with us (they were really good) and helped us make bracelets! We had a blast!
