They gave us a mosquito infested room and acted as if I was exaggerating. Didn’t take me seriously until a supervisor came to the room with a Raid bottle. They downgraded our room the first night which btw took hours. The sofa bed is super uncomfortable and had a bad toilet.

Julio de 2024 MARGARITA CLASS- what a fun and tasty class! The team members (Dulce, Jose Luis, Walter and Sam) were so fun and engaging. Class was about 30-45 mins and definitely worth it. Tried some great margaritas but the entertainment from the team made it a fun experience!! Definitely recommend! THANK YOU!

We went to Dreams Riviera Cancun in July 2024 for a wedding. Few tips: get the Preferred Club, it is the only place that will have bacon for breakfast. The main dining (buffet) did not have bacon. Although, brush up on your Spanish. Often times there were no plates in the Preferred Club and you had to ask for ONE plate at a time. The plates are 4" in diameter. Next, beach service. There is not consistent beach service in the Preferred lounge. There are workers assigned to this area, but you must walk up to the bar and request your drink. Oceana restaurant was okay. I would recommend going here if you are not getting along with your partner. It is so loud neither of you will be able to hear the other! ha! If you are getting along, order in room service. Spend the extra money for the plunge pool and order room service. We loved our room, it was away from the very loud kiddy pool & lots of trees / beautiful bushes blocking the view. We had lots of privacy, and the in-room dining service was amazing. Although each time it took about an hour to get, we did not mind the wait. The salmon was delicious. Note: I would not recommend going to an oceanside resort and ordering a burger. There are no cows close by, be prepared to eat a lot of fish! That is where the taste is, IMO. Himitsu is a waste of time and money. You will be let down here. The only restaurant to take reservations, and service was AWFUL. The chef did a nice job, and very entertaining, and food tasted good --> although I did not have enough time to eat it. Then they said I could not take it to go either. On the way there, be prepared for massive pot holes. I mean majorly large, where they stop the van to proceed with caution because you might have to get out and push if there has been a recent rain. In closing, overall would recommend if you have kids and looking for activities for kids. We did not have kids, the room, plunge pool, and in-room service is the ONLY reason I would come back here. This property does not hold a candle to the Dreams in DR.

Staff was AMAZING, food was great, we had a blast! Check in was ruff because we arrived so early but that's not their fault.

I recommend this place to anyone , great staff, clean place, the food is very great! the servers are very friendly, the chefs are very creative and clean, great quality of drinks and service, also connection to the airport is on time too
