We just came back from a week away and had an amazing time! There were 8 of us, with 2 kids-7 and 8 years old. Everything was amazing- the rooms, the entertainment, the food was all 10/10. Our girls loved Patty, Wendy and Vivienne at the explorers club, and Oliver at the pool made everyday so much fun. They had so many activities every hour and something was always going on. My husband loved Clever at the lobby bar. Everyone was very accommodating and attentive including the waiters at the restaurants and on the pool deck. Downloading the app was a huge help knowing what was going on. Waits at the restaurants were short considering we were 8...usually under 30mins. Would definitely go back

Dreams made our special family birthday celebration amazing. Every spot on the property has well trained staff to help in every way from the front desk to the main bar. There may be more fancy buildings but you cant beat the best service in Puerto Morelos.

Dreams Riveria is an amazing resort. Everyone who works there are so hospitable. Oliver especially deserves a raise!

Excellent experience at this resort. We opted for the "Preferred" option for the first time and our room was large with a great view of the pool area and ocean. All facilities are high end and very clean. The staff are amazing and service was always topnotch. Specialty restaurants have a great atmosphere and the food was excellent. Because the resort not huge we were able to take advantage of the Sprecialty restaurants every night. Overall this resort provides very good value. We would definitely recommend this resort.
