A Hidden Gem Off the Beaten Path

Great resort. There are some areas of improvement like the music played at the pool and "nightclub" but overall I really enjoyed my stay. Additionally, the liquor choices can be better for regulsr guests. The staff is super nice, the food is AMAZING... i enjoyed my stay here

Entertainment staff were amazing! Shout out to Dylan, Angel, Litzy & Suhjei who went above and beyond to connect with guests! Edwin at breakfast was the best! Castaways servers Martin & Claudia! Pool serving staff - Ester & Eva were amazing at keeping our tumblers always full. Big Con- Front desk Shicidd was not helpful! Being our 5th visit to this resort last year Wilma upgraded us to preferred pool (not room) which was awesome to have that option. This year Shicidd said no she wouldn’t do this. No loyalty to return guests and because of this we will not return!
