The hotel cancelled our reservation and we are currently in dispute and American Express are fighting the case to recover our money. Be very careful when booking this resort. Avoid of possible

i had such an amazing stay. the whole resort was so clean and beautifully maintained, you could tell how much care goes into keeping everything nice. the hospitality was incredible and all of the staff were so friendly helpful and always asking if we needed anything. there were so many fun things to do and the whole experience was amazing definitely recommend. it was always made sure that our rooms were put together when we would come back. shoutout to my butlers ricardo and alex —ustedes son los mejores

Our stay was amazing thanks to our butler Ricardo and Alex!! They made our experience the best it can be. Always checking on us, helping us, getting stuff we need in a timely manner, and made us feel like family.

We had a wonderful experience at the splash royalton. The staff was so friendly everywhere. Our butlers Rogue and Pablo took such good off us and our kids. Highly recommend upgrading. The nightly shows and choices of food was superb. Our kids loved all the amenities, bowling, water slides, lazy river. Although book your time with the fun zone when you get here, they fill up fast. We really enjoyed the fit center and all the classes. Yoga and train like a champion were our favorites. I'm a runner and used the path outside the pools. One lap down and back is a half mile and I still was able to stay on the resort. The only thing that stinks is the beach. It's too much Sea weed to even swim or get on the shoreline but you can go to isla mujeres for the day and rent a good cart for $150 and it's gorgeous.
