Carmela - waitress

Carmela the waitress by the pool was just amazing. The hotel is immaculate and the housekeeper Sergio was so good. Entertainment was good. Can’t praise Carmela enough, she works so hard and is so sweet.

Create Poolside Cabana

We rented a cabana to make sure our son can have a place to sleep during the day. Beatrize and Miguel were super attentive and hospitable. They remembered our entire family’s drink orders and ensured our ice bucket was continuously replenished so that our son had cold water.
Fun at Royalton Splash Cancun

We had a fantastic time at Royalton Splash. The waterpark was a huge hit with the kids, slides were great and even despite a busy season the lines were short and the park well managed. Our butlers were great and helped us to quickly navigate the resort and their helpful tips helped us to quickly settle in. We loved family friendly shows at night. Gym was also great - well equipped and staffed, we loved sunrise yoga - it was magical to watch the sun rising above the horizon.

We had an excellent break at Royalton Splash and was impressed how children friendly the resort was. The setting was awesome. Hunter steak house, and the cave served excellent food. Jonathan from Expedia provided exceptional service and went beyond the call of duty to look after all our needs. Blessings Vallin
