We recently stayed at Royalton Splash Cancun with our family of seven. While there were some enjoyable aspects of the resort, our overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a major issue. We truly enjoyed the pools and beach, and the activities/shows, which were fun and well-maintained, especially for a family. The resort offers plenty to do, and those parts of our stay were a highlight. However, 4 out of the 7 people in our family got food poisoning during our stay, which significantly impacted our vacation. Being sick while traveling is extremely unpleasant, and this issue alone made the experience very disappointing. We would like to recognize our butlers Brenda, Heriberto, and Eduardo, who provided good service and were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. On the downside, housekeeping was inconsistent and not up to expectations, which added to our frustration. While the resort has potential and some strong points, getting sick on vacation is not something we are willing to risk again. For that reason, we will not be returning.

The gym was good but i wish i had an old legpress where you almost lay down and press the weight uppwards. Otherwise i thought the gym was really good.

Beautiful location with a great staff. Food was hit or miss and we kept getting only partially restocked in our rooms. Everyone was so kind and attentive though. The overall trip was very enjoyable!

Fantastic hotel. We have enjoyed every minute. Restaurants are very good with lots of choice. Staff are very friendly and aways around for service especially Angel the waiter around pool area. Thank you all at Royalton Splash (stayed as non diamond club guests)

Angel went out of his way to get us the best drinks and he was so friendly and kind! Always smiling - thank you so much for everything
