As soon as we arrived we were taken care of with the best service! Our room was outstanding and the resort was great for our family. What stood out the most was the service and level of details our butlers gave us. Christian and Silvana made the trip for us. We work in the service and tourism industry so know what it takes and have a higher standard for this, and they both surpassed our expectations!

Definitely not what you'd expect from a resort in this category. After having traveled to numerous countries in the region, the was by far the worse experience. The check-in was extremely slow though there was only one other guest. With two toddlers, we waited an hour. We booked through Expedia but they charged us again for our room upgrade. I had even emailed them to ask about our room and what the process is. They keep sending you an email to book your room. There's a charge by we had already paid that on Expedia. They charged me again at check-in because they don't honor what Expedia does. Rooms are clean but very basic (not what you'd expect from a luxury resort). Room service was slow ( took about an hour). The floor is under construction which is not pleasant.

Overall good. Diamond club. Butler service is helpful for hotel information, Enrico very attentive. Went with young family, sea view huge balcony, hotel room great size, make up sofa bed for kids in living room area, separated by door, no additional toiletries like cotton pads, shower cap, toothbrushes etc..very very very noisy being opposite the stage, beware - Every night music is unnecessarily loud Until 1am. Buffet is excellent, tepanyaki is also great entertainment and food is fantastic. Other restaurants all a bit mediocre, tried them all. Water park would say for 9+ esp if younger children are not confident swimmers yet. Swimming pools nice, large, 1.35m deep. Diamond club pool seems slightly warmer than others. All pool staff and bar staff very good. David and Pablo gave v. Good service. Food vans great but queues move slowly. It's a put some towels down kind of hotel. Not removed if guests not turned up for most of the day leaves people struggling to find space which is the downside. Dr on site, very helpful and hotel very good at dealing with treatment requiring hospital visit. Overall good resort, clean, well maintained, particularly good buffet, largely very good staff.
