I can’t believe that Marriott would allow hotel staff to act in the manor that they do at this resort. Will not be back

From check in to check out this was a disaster. Hotel staff treated us like prisoners or hostages. The staff ruined my future business with Marriott. Being cussed out threatened refusal from staff to provide itemized receipt. Wouldn’t give credit to my Marriott account. Every step of the trip was an up sale for everything.

Not too much options don’t believe when you buy the package that offering many options but when you get there horrible

Not to much options of food, when you bought the package they offered many things but when you get there very few options they start if want diamond you need to pay more. We paid a lot and not worth it pay lot for few things just to eat at the buffet because you can’t eat in the other restaurant because you need to pay more and more. I’m so disappointed to paid a lot for nothing i just wanted to leave from there.

Ramiro was awesome tonight at Hunter—super attentive, made great recs on the steaks (that ribeye was cooked perfect), and kept everything flowing smooth without hovering. Food was killer, vibe was chill, and he even cracked a joke or two that had us laughing. If you're at Royalton Splash, ask for him—you won't regret it. Five stars easy!
