Really Good with diamond club upgrade.

Getting the diamond club upgrade is well worth it. The butlers Alfredo and Arturo were great. Very professional and polite.

Diamond club experience is perfect for families! We were 10 people (6 adults, kids 10, 7, 7, 4). Daniel from the bartending staff was so kind and attentive to our family the whole week. He kept the water cold and drinks flowing. The entertainment staff - Miguel and Brian- were welcoming for kids of all ages participating in the activities.

This resort is very family friendly with lots of activities, restaurants and attentive staff. Everyone is incredibly kind and goes above & beyond to create an enjoyable experience. Eliu & Eduardo were fantastic butlers and helped us in some very unique situations! They made the trip extremely special. Zero issues with food (it was fantastic), pools, rooms, evening shows, or activities. We did feel a few water park slides were dangerous and saw a couple people get injured including a little girl who needed medical attention. Otherwise this is a great choice for families looking for a wonderful getaway!
