(english version / versión en español) We just came back from another stay at Barceló Riviera Maya Palace hotel as member of Club Barceló. Once again, our vacations were just great. The experience was a “copy-paste” from previous stays, just perfect for us: service, food, facilities, activities, etc. Even more, the Fifa 2026 World-Cup final was broadcast at the hotel theater within a great ambiance organized by the Barceló staff, it was so fun. The Barceló Team makes us feel special every single day. In particular, we want to thank the members who made a difference this year. See list below. Recién regresamos de unas nuevas vacaciones en Barceló Riviera Maya Palace como miembros del Club Barceló. Una vez más, nuestra estancia estuvo excelente, como de costumbre. La experiencia fue una copia de los años anteriores, simplemente perfecta: servicio, alimentos, instalaciones, actividades, etc. Inclusive, la final de la copa del mundo fifa 2026 fue transmitida en vivo en el teatro del hotel bajo una atmósfera de fiesta animada por el personal Barceló, estuvo genial. El staff Barceló nos hace sentir verdaderamente especiales cada día. They did the absolute best in providing our little ones with the best service and going the extra mile to ensure their food allergies did not interfere with top wuality meals

This was one of our best family vacations. Lots of food options, very relaxing with laidback atmosphere, beautiful beaches and very clean.
