We always stay in building 66. Love being close to pool and Helios. There are so many good options from sit-down restaurants to buffets available at other hotels on property.

Amazing restaurant at Tentaciones. Our waiter Jorge was truly great and professional.

Me (Scott) and my wife (Jordan) got married here last weekend. Almost every person we encountered was amazing, caring, and thoughtful. Everyone at the spa was amazing. Our butlers Samuel and Ramon were amazing. Bartender Charley a las rocas was amazing. Bartenders Jose at La terraza and Jose at TRS lobby bar were amazing. Everyone was! We encountered dozens of gracious employees but wanted to shout out those I remembered by name

The experience was terrible. We had several issues with water not being optimal for a shower and a shave, a wasp nest outside the back door water coming out of the shower onto the floor nearly causing an accident. Overall experience not very good and light fittings hanging down showing electric wires

I absolutely love this resort. The experience was AMAZING. I truly didn't want to leave. It felt like home. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had issues with my room and the manager on site was able to fix the issue quickly. I even got a room upgrade. The food was amazing. OMG my butler Jorge was on top of everything. He made my experience eventful. He gets 5 stars from me. The spa was top notch. Victor was WONDERFUL. I wish my trip was longer. I feel in LOVE with TRS. I can't wait for my next trip back.
