Javier greeted us and was super respectful and helpful. Jorge was our waiter and he was on point!!! Great job to everyone here.

We visited 10 days in Sept. This was our 16th visit but first time staying in TRS. As we received VIP status after our 8th visit so we were very familiar with everything but the rooms. We did upgrade from Colonial when we got there. The room was fantastic loved the layout! Everyday when we returned from the pool our room was cleaned to perfection and the same for the turndown service after dinner. We have always had very good service in all of the Palladium but TRS is just different. Our butlers were Jesus and Antonio. Both were so very professional and friendly. They made you feel your request were very important and done in a timely matter. The food was not up to the standard we experienced in past visits. The French and Helios dinner was very disappointing as they were two of our favorites for dinner. The beef tenderloin at Helios was inedible the first time so we tried again but no change. We stuck to the coconut shrimp there( still very good). The French was the same with the tenderloin and the menu seemed a lot different. El gaucho has never been our favorite but is was a little better. Italian was good. Our best steak was at Eldorado at the Colonial. Breakfat was always good at Helios and Omar was a great waiter. We always liked going to the sports bar for lunch but they do not serve food now until 5pm. Too late for lunch. The TRS beach area is very nice and a great place to relax, the beach itself not so much. In 10 days never entered the water. We love the beach and knew this beforehand so it was not a big deal. The TRS infinity pool is so nice as the beach looks pretty there and you don't see all the sargassum etc. They had no daily entertainment like before. It was pretty quiet there all but a couple exercise classes. We met some wonderful people at the pool and we all kept each entertained. Service at the pool was very good. They have also added a lot more umbrellas at the pool chairs which was very nice. This resort has so many positives. We are booked for 10 days in April next year. We had not been in 3 years so I gave my honest opinion of some of the changes that I thought were negative from my past experiences. TRS was a lot more than we expected and we are not just Palladium Addicts but now TRS addicts. f

From the moment we arrived at TRS Yucatan, we knew we was in for something special, but the experience far exceeded even my highest expectations. The level of care, attention, and genuine warmth from the staff made this one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. The butler team Cindy, Antonio, Jesus, and Carlos were absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, and ability to anticipate every need made each day effortless and luxurious. They consistently went above and beyond, and their service genuinely elevated my stay. We also want to recognise the incredible team at Helios. Daniel, Manuel, and Julio brought so much positivity and attentiveness to every meal. Their welcoming energy and exceptional service made dining there a daily highlight. The combination of stunning surroundings and such exceptional staff created an unforgettable experience. TRS Yucatan is a beautiful resort, but it’s the people who truly make it extraordinary. We cannot thank the team enough for making my stay so memorable. we will absolutely be returning.

Hotel was fantastic!! And our butler Moises, was AMAZING!!! Well ABOVE AND BEYOND!! He handled EVERYTHING, from restaurant reservations to inner resort transportation, (golf carts)...which was his job, HOWEVER, it was the little things that he did that made our trip so much more enjoyable! For example, every morning, when he went on shift, he would send us a text saying good morning, a quick review of that day's activities, and where we had reservations that day...he was ALWAYS EAGER to accommodate, whereas the AFTERNOON butler, he was nice enough I guess but NOWHERE NEAR as nice as Moises...to the point where we did have some issues with the room, and initially asked them to switch us, which they were willing to do, but we didn't want to lose Moises as a butler, so we just kept our room....THAT'S how much we liked him...it wouldn't have been the same trip without Moises, and we will never forget him! Cheers!
