We stayed at the TRS Yucatan Hotel in May 2026. We loved most aspects of the hotel, the food was excellent, the entertainment was first class - especially the CHIC cabaret. All the staff were really helpful, shout out to Julio, Manuel and Edwin in the Helios, thanks for excellent service. Our only issue was the last few days the pool areas were taken over by very loud groups who were drinking and smoking in the Infinity Pool area, not very conducive to a relaxing time for us. The beaches unfortunately were covered in seaweed, such a shame and the hotel were doing their best to clear it. This seems to be a seasonal problem, it didn't bother us too much as we used the pools instead. The butlers assigned to the room blocks were very helpful, thanks to Susana and Eric. They were there to arrange anything you needed from 8am to 10.30pm, excellent service. The spa area was lovely, we had two massages which were excellent, also it was a nice place to go to escape the crowds. I would recommend staying at the hotel and upgrading the Palladium Travel Club, the benefits are definitely worth the extra money.

We had an amazing 5 star vacation with Grand Palladium Travel Club at Rivera Maya. This was our first time staying on TRS side which was fabulous. What made it especially wonderful was our Butler Team service we received at TRS Yucatan, Gabriel and Maggie were beyond exceptional. They helped us from beginning to end with everything during our stay! I am so thankful and blessed to have had such great care and truly felt they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of! They always greeted us with a smile each day and assisted us in various ways throughout our vacation! Thank you both so much, we truly felt like family, it was hard leaving you! Of course we also need to mention the shuttle service which was great and helped us throughout the day to get place to place, what we would we have done without them! The Spa was everything and more. We came back from vacation feeling fully rested. Let us not forget the housekeeping, bartenders, restaurants, various servers and fabulous entertainment throughout the Palladium! Customer service is a 10/10!! I spent my days at the Infiniti Pool and had a majority of my meals at Helios. I had the pleasure of sitting in Martha and Jeovany’s section at Helios, and they treated me so well!

TRS Adults Only resort was fantastic with beautiful views. It was relaxing and also full of various activities. The property is huge and golf carts are plentiful. They come around often or the butler can call them for you. “Mike” and Alex, the butlers were wonderful and very helpful. The food was fantastic and all of the staff was friendly and helpful. They work hard to keep the property looking clean. Wild life is present so watch your food if you eat outside. During this stay, we opted for the PTC and highly recommend it since it upgraded our stay. I would not recommend the PTC “tour” as it’s a sales pitch, similar to a time share that can take anywhere from 1-3 hours. We didn’t know it was going to be a sales pitch so we lost about 2 hours, I will say, once we said “no” they were respectful, gave us some resort credit and didn’t bother us the rest of the stay. Some helpful hints we found: 1. If you don’t book through the hotel directly, be sure to contact the resort get options for airport shuttle. We’re glad we did because it was not included but they referred us to their shuttle partner who took a lot of the guess work out and made it simple for us. 2. If there are certain dinners you want, book them as soon as you can with your butler. 3. If you need or want anything, ask your butler, they’re very helpful. 4. Shuttle vans (collectivos) will take you to local swimming spots of nearby towns between Playa de Carmen and Tulum. This is an affordable way to travel locally for small groups/couples. Definitely recommend staying here!

Partner and I have been here three times now and it's always fantastic. Even though we couldn't go in the ocean at all this week, and there was rain a few days, we still had a great time. The restaurants can be hit or miss (we would avoid the French restaurant, the Italian is okay), but most of the meat-focused restaurants are good. El Gaucho has been hands-down our favorite, and Helio's is literally our favorite breakfast spot in the world - healthy (I usually have meats and cheeses and fresh fruit alongside yogurt w fruit, but there are plenty of less-healthy but delicious treats), incredibly tasty, really good coffee, etc. The pools and bars are great, and if you can speak any Spanish at all, the staff seem to really appreciate it. That leads to the best part about this place - the people here are *awesome*. The service - from the beaches to the pools to the restaurants, etc - is absolutely 10/10 and has been every single time, and is a big part of why we come back (and will continue to do so). Huge shout out to the Pool Butler Enrique C. - he remembered us from our last trip (as did a few others!) and made every trip to the beach - a mostly-daily occurance - an absolute pleasure. One of the highlights of the trip. Arjelia at the La Terazza bar was also fantastic and we had some great conversations.
